I go to this Wendy’s alot for my lunch break bc its right near my work and usually there’s a guy with kinda long hair and a short beard with glasses serving me and he does a great job taking my order and getting everything in my order correct hes never messed it up. He’s super friendly and chill overall an awesome guy. But today the MANAGER served me and he completely forgot my spoon for my frosty and didnt add the scorching hot sauce that I ordered when he took my order. if anything the guy that takes usually takes my order should be the manager

I mean… it’s Wendy’s, so it’s nothing special, but it was the best Wendy’s that I have gotten in ages! Unfortunately the Wendy’s in my small town is less than stellar I have even gotten chicken that was still raw in the middle and I’ve gotten their potato breakfast things that hadn’t even been cooked they had just been sat out on the counter long enough to thaw…. This Wendy’s in Toledo had our food to us when we pulled up to the window- which made me believe that the food was going to be cold like it is at the one here at home… It was not! It was fresh, and we even had to wait a few minutes to eat because everything was too hot!
Also: their strawberry lemonade is the best strawberry lemonade out there, and that is a hill I will die on

I don’t know her name but there’s one girl in particular who does the drive through in the afternoons and when i pull up and hear her voice i know my order will be quick and right!! Every time!! Give her a raise because she’s the only reason i continue to return!! (she’s shorter, with short dark hair, darker skin) ☺️

I got there about 8 minutes before breakfast was over and got to window and said I wanted a salty caramel frosty and I wanted the sausage and cheese biscuit well by the time the girl told me that first she said there was no sausage and then I said I wanted bacon and then she said there was no bacon and then I said I wanted sausage and gravy then she said there was no sausage and gravy and by the time she got done telling me that there was nothing there then this other woman comes on the mic and goes breakfast is over and yelled through the mic at me and I said no it’s not it’s 1029 and she says no it’s 1030 but by the time I had started the order it was a good 510 minutes before so they should’ve gave me breakfast. They were rude and so then me and my husband and kids just left and I think that this store is the rudest store that I’ve been to in years and I mean I was the only one in line and so would it have hurt them to throw sausage on the grill and give me a sausage and cheese biscuit I mean, don’t you need the money? I’ll never be back. Thank you.

Dined inside & they had one employee taking orders, getting the Uber eats orders ready, and then preparing each person’s order all while the manager and other employees were busy laughing joking around. The food was cold. Ordered a chili with cheese and it was so cold it wouldn’t even melt the cheese. The hamburger was gray and cold. The kitchen area looked very messy.

My burger was made wrong. Called the store, and they put my name down to get a replacement. When I got my replacement, it was also made wrong. It was closer to correct but still wrong. At least I could pull the tomato off and still eat it. I don’t understand the difficulty of lettuce, ketchup and mayo. That’s all I wanted on it.
Idk why I keep going back…they store down the vanilla frosty machine early on the day the pineapple under the sea frosty came out. Management please hire some smarter people.

We got our food and decided to eat out in the parking lot in my truck. I needed to talk to my girlfriend about a lot of things but we then noticed all the employees staring out the window at us like we were a nuisance. Then an employee came out to spy on us like we were doing something wrong… we were literally just talking eating our meal. Then we were threatened to leave or they would call the cops. Absolutely rediculous and I will never be back to this pathetic establishment. Dirty and employees need to focus on the restaurant more. Manager should have better things to do as well. Look at your rating.

Good is always cold, old, sat for hours. Just nasty. Wendys has gone down hill a lot and if you’ve worked in fast food you can tell they aren’t throwing out old food, just serving it on up, last few times I ordered it was gross.
