Ok… it is McDonald’s food… however, our food was hot, cooked properly, order was correct, the staff was very friendly and kind, bathrooms were clean, and considering I do not visit McDonald’s for much outside of coffee… this place was a positive experience all around! We will stop here again!

If you’re eating in the lobby, you might as well forget service of any kind. The workers never pay attention to anybody inside as they are way too focused on the window — and it doesn’t help that this pickup station obscures their view of the lobby.
I should not have to stand at the counter and wait three minutes for acknowledgment for a refill, sauce, a straw, or other minor requests. Lately I’ve just started walking behind the counter into the work area to get their attention; otherwise, it’s a 3-5 minute wait just to be noticed by the staff.

Employees are rude, condescending and really dont care of you spend money at this establishment. I have been going there for a couple weeks because I wanted to give them a chance to do good and thought it was a one time experience but it is everyday. The food is alwa6s overcooked, I wanted to dine in yesterday and they gave it to me in a to go bag. The atmosphere is one of they dont want you there at all. I seriously give this place a 0 out of 10.

Stop just before close. We ordered to go at the kiosk. They took came out and locked the door to close. Then someone told us that they didn’t know if they could fill the order because they didn’t know if they had anymore burgers. They came back and said they did, but waited for 25 mins total. When we got our food, we went to our place we were staying, (We had traveled for 10 hours) One Qtr pounder had ketchup smeared all over the inside of the box and the other had the bun torn in to two pieces. It was the worst McD experience I have ever had. When I am in Boiling Springs again, I will not be visiting that McD’s.

Stood in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes for 2 burritos. There is no sense of urgency. This is far from the first time but is the last. The food is already not worth the price-gouging, the atmosphere reminds you of a concrete warehouse or prison. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this location earned it.

Ordered a sausage biscuit with a hashbrown. The sausage was still white and raw when I bit into it. Was only cooked or browned on one side. My hash brown was also not done. It was light colored as well and a lot of the potato was still hard. Will not be eating here anymore.

Drive through lady wasn’t very drip. The fries were cold. Got my 6 year old a cheeseburger happy meal and the bread was so hard! The only thing that was good was the burger I got. Everything else tasted old and cold. McDonald’s y’all need to do better! We over lay for fast food! The least you can do is give fresh hot food with a friendly smile! That smile goes a long way!

I’ma just leave the picture. They are always burning something lol sad part is that they made me wait for them to actually cook them just to burn them. I smelt it before i took it out of the bag I know they smelt it while hanfling it but here we are ♀️ no f’s given and this ain’t the 1,2,or 3rd time it’s literally happening so much I’m actually leaving a review get it together.
