very bad food. when we ordered it took about twenty minutes, which is ok cause I’ve had to wait longer. When the food got here we went to get it and came back inside, and I took the food out. It looked like my chicken nuggets were bit, but the skin must of just came off. But when I took the fries out they were so cold, and they were disguising, and soggy. They also don’t have normal bbq sauce, and they only have honey bbq. Never ordering online again.

Poor service. Took 20-30 minutes just to place an order inside. Im going to assume they are short staffed but in those situations you adjust to better suit the business. Once received the food fries were cold nuggets half cooked. I ordered a sprite went to refill and all of a sudden they were out of sprite. Someone please hell this place they only have 4 restaurant choices in this tiny town.

Aweful customer service. Came through tonight. The guy on the drive thru speaker kept saying “be right with you” we waiting forever, finally we asked if anyone was there he said said very rude, we finally ordered and he was very nasty, had us pull to wait for our food. No customers inside or in drive thru. Brought our food out, no drinks. We sent the other guy back inside for our drinks. Not happy at all.

Wendy’s in Kenton, ohio. We’ve stopped there many times before and had good food. Not this time hamburger were burnt, fries were cold, no napkins, pop machine was down in lobby, they had to get drinks from drive through.

Just ordered burgers – took a long time to get & were cool/cold. Cashier didn’t know if they had Wi-Fi . 4 loud kids hanging out apparently getting free food from the kids who were working. My husband said I should give them one star.

I ordered food, went to check the bag when I got home. I was given fries barely filled. Wrong sandwich, missing nuggets. No sauce even though asking for it. Ridiculous. Then to make it even better all the workers truly could care less. All our food wasn’t in containers. It was put in bag upside down… and sandwich wasn’t even full closed. Won’t be going back to this Wendy’s. Ridiculous. If you can’t do your simple job. Quite.

LAZY!! workers outside during a rush smoking and on their phones she went back in and didn’t even wash her hands. Multiple customers left due to waiting so long to even be acknowledged.

Told me they didn’t have chilli. None at all. It’s a signature thing how do you now have it? In the start of spooky season and cold season when people really want chilli. The disappointment is real.
