Never been a big Arby’s fan but decided to give the steak nuggets a try for a quick road snack.
Price: not worth it. 5 pcs steak nuggets for $5.69 = $1.14 a pcs.
Nuggets are fully cooked but reheated in a microwave before serving to customer. Tender and moist but don’t let it sit to long. Nugget tends to toughen up the longer they sit.

Been here many times. Food always good and accurate. However, I’m sick of the philosophy to have every car pull forward to wait for food. Clearly, this is to make the drive thru person have low times for service. I can’t imagine how this helps the restaurant though as a person has to leave their station to walk outside to hand off food. Especially when it’s raining. This isn’t about customer service, it’s only to make someone look good, despite the inefficiency.

Hubby and I went thru drive thru tonight, 8/20/25 at 10:30-ish. We did the typical item count to make sure it was all there. We got 2 classic roasts beefs with big eye Swiss, a beef and cheddar (no red ranch), large curly fry, 6 piece cheese sticks, 2 drinks and 2 extra cups of cheddar cheese. Once home (15-20 minute drive), we opened the cheese cups – to find they’re empty. Coated in a thin layer to look full. When I called in – I got the response of “we have someone new”. That’s not an excuse. These are empty. Will we be back – yes, but it’s going to be a little bit. Please do better next time.

Both sandwiches were not good. Bread burnt, made wrong. Fries were cold. Restaurant had hood fan out so was smoggy inside. Staff was pretty slow and never made eye contact. Paid way too much for the garbage food, staff, and waited way too long for remake of the sandwich.

Gets a chicken sandwich with mayo only. Seriously? My husband can’t eat mayo. It went in the trash because no one here can have it, and I’m not driving over half a hour to get it fixed. I’ll be checking every single item before driving away now. Thanks.

I love Arby’s!!! Super underrated fast food, everything here is good. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they were super busy and actually out of Roast beef. I got several sliders, shake, and fries. They were super quick to get our order out. Food was fresh and super hot. Restaurant was up to date, service was fantastic, the whole restaurant very clean. Zev Henry had exceptional service and was super professional.

Lots of great employees working, and very friendly. Service was very slow at the counter and the tables and restrooms needed attention. With every other table being off limits due to Covid, there needs to be someone cleaning them. Food was great.

I’ve ordered the potato cakes for months. Used to absolutely love them. But for some reason they haven’t tasted right, very strange. I finally realized the very strange taste is fish. Now, I love fish. But I don’t want my potatoes to taste like fish. They must be cooking the potatoes in same oil as the fish. So sad, if they have the meat, they should have the potatoes to go with it.
