I love coming to this location after I get off work at night. I get the jr bacon cheeseburger and it’s always fresh and hot. It always looks like it came from the commercial. The people are always friendly and the service is fast.

I want to preface this by saying I’ve NEVER asked a fast food restaurant for a refund or posted a negative review, but my most recent visit to Wendy’s warrants this action.
On the evening of 12/12/25, my husband and I visited Wendy’s store 1174 (7170 Sawmill Rd. Columbus, OH 43235). We used the app to order our food and picked up through the drive thru. We had to wait for the order, which was no problem, and I will admit the food was piping hot when received. However, once we got home to eat, everything went downhill. Both of our sandwiches were inedible. My asiago chicken club was extremely tough – to the point of being unchewable. I’ve never experienced anything like this with chicken. His burger was covered in old, brown, slimy lettuce (by that point, the cheese and lettuce melted together and couldn’t even be wiped off to salvage the food). Anyone who has thrown out old lettuce knows the distinct smell that comes along with it – this is what the burger smelled like when unwrapped.
I then called the store and asked to speak with a manager (around 9:30 PM). A young man named Ethan answered and immediately stated he was the manager. I explained the issue; he apologized and wrote my information down for a comped meal. 15 mins later, a woman called back and reported Ethan was not the manager, was unable to comp the meals, and asked what the issue was with my food. I explained the story again and by that point, requested a refund. She reported that a receipt would be in the store, but we had to physically come in to claim the refund.
All in all, this was such a negative and disgusting experience that it warranted a review and requesting a refund.

I just had the most amazing experience at Wendy’s!! The staff was polite, professional, pleasant, & very fast. It was such a refreshing change from my crazy and stressful day so far that I had to say something. Thank you all so much and please keep up the amazing work!!!

The employees don’t care to do there job. Would rather be on the phone than paid to listen or read. That or its idoicracy and no one can read and understand that plain means I don’t want a bunch of mayo and ketchup smothered all over my burger. But hey apparently asking people to do there jobs at this location is to big a ask

First, I came today to get chicken nuggets. It took way longer than it should there was no nobody inside or even behind me and when I went again tonight to get a chicken sandwich, I said no pickles but what I received was just a chicken patty with mayonnaise on it and buns. Maybe they should change the management or hire better employees Who can follow simple directions? Imagine being hungry all day and eating your sandwich and only the meat and mayonnaise is there

So not sure what I got or how bad they messed up my order but I was supposed to get the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich but got some chicken sandwich with mayo and bacon. Just save your time and go to a different Wendy’s this one will mess up your food and not care about it

Doesn’t matter if you come when the store is not busy or busy, you’re ignored for 5-15minutes before someone acknowledges you and then you wait another 15-20 minutes for food. Terrible Terrible Terrible store ran by the female manager here. Such a shame too because it’s so close to corporate..
The manager doesn’t train anybody on hygienic status either as you can see she is here wearing her hair down while making food, yesterday I experienced one of the cashier ladies wiping her nose on her hand and then proceeding to make frosties 0 out of 10

Rude and incompetent staff. Refused to give my son a orange hi-c I ordered instead of a juice box. I had to talk to a manager for this. And they were rude too. Horrible location. No customers there either. Not a good sign.
