While the interior was nice, the floors look like they had not seen a cleaning service in a ween or more, the drink vending machine was touchy and didnt like to dispense the liquids it had. Not to mention there were many liquids it didn’t have, such as anything with sugar. The fries weren’t the best, could use more salt, but overall good. The burger was great, no complaints there. My favorite part of Wendy’s is the frosty, and they screwed that up. It was a chocolate orea BROWNIE BATTER mix that had no BROWNIE BATTER! They didn’t even bother to mix the crushed up oreos they put in the frosty! The worst parts was my friend’s service. It took 20 minutes to make a double-stack cheeseburger with medium fries and ended up getting a burger with a singular pickle, stale bun, and half an onion. But hey, at least they gave him 11 ketchup packets.

Went to the drive through. The individual handed me my order was disrespectful. I tried making a request for additional sauce. Slammed the window in my face. He didn’t look like he wanted to be there to begin with. Won’t be returning. Service is half the reason I used to enjoy being a Wendy’s customer.

Unique experience for any Wendy’s I’ve been in! Locked bathrooms, no loitering signs, and no napkins or condiments out to grab as needed. But the food and service is consistent with Wendy’s standards. Loud music pumping in the clean dining room. I got the $2 off taco salad Tue deal, and I appreciate that they keep the chips separate.

Went through the drive through, the electronic order taking system successfully took my order of a spicy chicken sandwich plain with ketchup (which is usually gotten wrong when ordering in person..), and it got it first try. Very easy, very fast, and the food service was very fast too. The sandwich and fries were excellent as well.

Stopped at 10:00pm Saturday. Drive through was empty but was told to come inside to order. Simple order medium fries and medium frosty.
The place was criminally understaffed. Two people.
Waited 40 minutes and never received my order. Watched them take drive through orders and fill those before mine as well as multiple door dash ordered.
I ended up leaving without my food.
Felt bad for the employees but this will honestly be the last time I stop there.

On the North entrance, there is no HC button to open door. When I retrieved my food order, my wheeled walker went over a power cord. Barely enough room between counter chair & HVAC for wheeled walker to pass through. I ordered dine-in through mobile app. Food was given in a bag.
Indoor seats are not comfortable. We sat in the outdoor area. Very happy they had chairs with handles. Made it much easier to get up from the chair. Overall, not a very welcoming place.

Had to place my own order, but the lady who took cash basically did it for me. She was very nice and helpful. I hate and usually refuse to use self-service options as I’m not being paid by Wendy’s. Ordered double stack with 4 pc. I received old spicy nuggets. Employees were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, but I will not use a machine to place my order again.

As the only fast food in central Clintonville, it’s not like most people are choosing between going here or someplace else – it’s more like do I want to make a sandwich at home or try the drive thru. Service can be slow, possibly because this is now one of the smaller Wendy’s out there despite many renovations over the years. But the quality is always consistent, and it’s nice to have the option of having them there.

Hate automated ordering inside restaurant i see use in drive through but inside is wild it puts even more separation between employees and customers Wendy’s pop machines are trash from the syrup flavors lime and lemon Iwas told means they are not cleaned properly but all I am sure of is coke taste like citrus and even sprite taste like extra citrus it’s disgusting I wouldn’t ever get a soda here in my life. They never clean it here
