Made the mistake of skipping the long drive-thru and coming inside. Ordered at the kiosk—only me and one other person in the dining room. Still waited almost 20 minutes for my food in what has to be the most filthy dining area I’ve ever seen.
There were plenty of employees, yet nothing was getting done. Floors sticky, trash overflowing, tables dirty. The staff’s hygiene was highly questionable—regular street clothes, greasy hair hanging over their faces. It completely killed my appetite. By the time my food came, I didn’t even want it. Absolutely unacceptable. *Oh and the food wasn’t even fresh so I’m not even sure what the hold up was about.

Tried to use kiosk twice wouldn’t work with the mobile coupon so I went to the counter to wait for 5 more minutes while 4 people were just talking at the drive thru window, they glanced over and ignored me for another minute then the guy looked back over and told me we aren’t taking orders inside use the kiosk or get in your car and go through the drive thru! I said I’m here at the register because the app isn’t working with the kiosk. He then told me again drive thru or kiosk rudely. So I asked to speak to the manager which he claimed to be!.. then said, I was going to take your order now I’m not and just walked away not saying another word. I stood there in shock.. I needed help and was just trying to order food, I didn’t understand how they could talk to a customer like this for no reason trying to give them revenue. Well a minute went by at this point and then another person he was talking to just turned around and said I needed to leave!! Like what??! I asked why do I need to leave again? She said because I was being rude! Lmao says the people refusing service to someone just trying to place an order inside. Then she says, “he already told you kisok or drive thru!” I said I wouldn’t be here getting treated nasty like this by you guys if it worked! nor should I have to do more work or jump through hoops to place a simple food order! They were acting like they were the customers behind the counters refusing to do their job that they wanted me to do for them by placing it on the kiosk and I was there only to make them work harder because I simply didn’t order successfully through the kiosk. So I said, “ I’m going to call the manager this is ridiculous you guys even talk to someone like this in general especially a paying customer!.. Then an old lady claimed she was the manager smh ok! Then, I told her no, the district manager! She went back to ignoring me and told me to leave again. I will never ever give Wendy’s another penny!

I came in one day. I tried to order my food but I had to wait for long time. Then finally someone said if they can help me and I said I want to order and they said only on the kayaks but I said I have no card and I never placed order. They said go drive thru I said your drive thru is all the way around the block. I was so mad I couldn’t order inside and pay cash. The lady was very rude and never got my food. I left. I had very bad experience. If a customer asks to order. Take their order don’t push them to go drive thru

I want to first off say I am eight months pregnant and I have a two year-old little boy and decided to go to Wendy’s walked into Wendy’s went to the kiosk to order food had a coupon from my son to get a free nugget kiosk wouldn’t take it! I wobble my butt to the front as I see James and three women talking look back at me. Continue to keep talking James then holds up three fingers chaos drive-through online. I said the chaos isn’t working. Hold up three fingers again ask drive-through online we’re not taking orders out front. I’m pregnant and hungry. Not my problem. Chaos drive-through online my son‘s hungry crying woman over there says you need to leave now you’re being obnoxious man mind you. I’m standing here trying to figure out what just happened and they are just being abruptly disgusting to me and now threatening me managers won’t do anything corporate won’t do anything. James needs held accountable. I am a diabetic And was refused food James Blankley said yes I’m refusing your food while my child’s crying you need to leave they say again I’m in tears cause my son‘s crying hungry. I don’t feel good because I need to eat so we left.

I have never seen a wendy’s with so many people on staff be so slow. The sandwich station was extremely slow. And they were touching inside the trash can, outside of the trash can, and other places. Which lead to me asking for my order to be cancelled in which it was cancelled and refunded easily.
However. If I were the district lead I would seriously question why I would have 3 order terminals up front by the door yet have so many people on station and in the back if not a single one of them were to be helping making the food or making sure cross contamination guidelines weren’t being met.

Shanequa was wonderful, the computers were down when we walked in and she was so accommodating that we stayed till they came back on about 10 min or so. She had a great smile and was very kind to all 4 of my kids.

0/5 stars; waited in drive thru for 40 mins for a salad and a chicken sandwich combo. Terrible customer service, no “hello” or “thank you” from the real person taking the order or at the window. The person at the window had hair covering his face so that you couldn’t see his eyes and employees walking around in the window without uniforms, one literally wearing an outfit with playboy bunny symbols all over. Least professional, efficient, and organized restaurant I’ve ever been to. Will never return.

Lazy and rude.
I rarely eat fast food. Last night we had a long night and couldn’t eat dinner until around 10:30pm, so we went to Wendy’s.
I placed an online order and rolled through the drive thru. The self-proclaimed manager at this location on 11/2/2025 @ 10:30pm told me that they’re not taking any new orders due to staff shortage (1.5 hours before close, no one in the parking lot or drive thru). I promptly told her that I had an online order.
She then tells me that it’s not showing up on her screen, and that I need to call corporate for a refund. But, I’m fairly certain that they just didn’t want to make the food because they already said they were “short staffed”. I offered to pull up and show her my phone, and confirmed the location, but she refused. She then refused to tell me her name. All I wanted was a 10 piece chicken nugget, and they didn’t close for another hour and a half.
So I did call corporate.. just not for a refund. Imo she shouldn’t have a job if she doesn’t want to work.
Horrible customer service. Absolute bottom of the barrel.

The slowest wendy I’ve ever been to. We only ordered a frosty and we had to pull up out of the drive through line for them to be prepare our order. Like what are the workers doing in there?? Mind you, AI took the orders so it’s not like theyre taking the order and being backed up from someone taking the order. This is a good definition of people going to work for only a paycheck and not wanting to do the work. Never coming to this location again. How hard is it to make 1 frosty?

Waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes. There were four cars in front of me originally, and then two of them left because it was taking forever. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker, the lady said be right with you then 10 whole minutes later she took my order. I was grateful that I didn’t get the AI. I had her repeat my order back to me which she got correct I get home and we didn’t get a 10 piece nuggets. My sandwich was cold. They didn’t even bother melting the cheese on it. And I don’t live that far away. I’m not going back to Wendy’s. This is bull crap.
