The line didn’t take long. Staff took extra time to reconfirm my order despite the workers cutting a tree right outside the McDonald’s property. My large orange juice was watered down and gross. The McGriddles were bland. Not sweet. What the heck.

I ordered at the kiosk and noted I’d be eating in. I input the table number I’d be seating at and was told my order would be brought to me. Then I noticed my order was waiting at the counter for who knows how long. They called the number but never the name on the receipt. I have the McDonald’s app. So automatically, it shows my name on the orders I place. Anyways, the nuggets were cold and almost stale. The fries had no salt. The soda was watered down. Lastly, the tables were super dirty. I probably won’t be visiting this place anymore.

$2 for a soda and they can’t even fill it to the top. I asked if they can fill it to the top, and they said they couldn’t because the machine is set that way—the McDonald’s company is so money hungry, I’m done ordering here.

I don’t understand if MacDonald personal cook the steak bagel at request how can serve this nasty food burn bagel , wonder my self if they are able to eat this when they can serve it to the customers please don’t do this I pay almost $10 dollars for a sandwich, am getting this don’t serve something you won’t eat or happy to get.

My fries are always cold I order large cus I want extra fries that I pay for and they give me a large box halfways full, that’s unacceptable if I’m paying $5 for some fries.
Also the sweet tea is just not it! I mean I understand is called sweet tea but do you guys put a lot of sugar on purpose so ppl don’t reorder it cus it taste like water with sugar syrup. on the plus side the ice cream machine is working again.
Service is okay I guess, they can do better with customer service at the drive thru when they give you your food, they give you attitude for them giving you the wrong sauce when you clearly asked at the speaker you wanted sweet n sour and instead they gave you bbq sauce. SMH.
I hope the person in charge of this establishment can find solutions to fix the problem with food quality.

Where’s the Mayo?
Today I was reminded WHY I stopped ordering from this specific location. Why ALWAYS get my order wrong. I ordered a happy meal amongst other items a few months ago and I was missing the whole happy meal. Today I was missing multiple items and my order wasn’t even made correctly. If it’s busy, one should still make the orders properly to avoid complaints.
