less than 30 mins ago got a chicken sandwich that was still raw in the middle. not really a fan of receiving undercooked chicken and whoever was on the fryer tonight needs retrained. tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone

Doors were locked at 5:30pm. Had to go through drive thru 3 times to get the correct sandwich. Put my bacon on the bottom. Older gentleman kept interrupting while his employee was trying to take my order. Food was got it but service was not good at all. Wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you want good service.

I went to Wendy’s on Hudson today after work I ordered a fish Combo and six piece nugget my fish sandwich was burnt and fries over cooked the guy at the window had no customer service at all frowning up never once smiled it’s rediculous NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS WENDYS AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND OR A FREE MEAL COOKED CORRECTLY.

Horrible customer service. I came to pick up food and politely asked the staff member for a cup holder because I had two drinks. I had to ask twice, but she completely ignored me and walked away. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing. This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. Customer service definitely needs improvement.

We were at this Wendy’s last night and let me tell you. The staff was rude to customers and the manager did nothing about it. There was a homeless man that came in and we wanted to buy him a meal and they told us we weren’t allowed and the guy had to leave.

I am disabled with a broken back. All handicapped spaces were full, so I tried to park in the second to the last spot. I put my car in park, then this city employee drove over the curb onto the grass and parked. He was so close I couldn’t open my door. I rolled down my window and said to him how do you expect me to get out of my car. His response was Lady learn how to park. He went inside and got his lunch and was inside 37 mins. How rude and lacking any type of manners. And to think our tax dollars pay this guy. ❤️

I asked to use the bathroom was ignored so I asked again and the employee had responded disrespectful and I asked for a manager and they made it a big joke, the manner came out and other employees started cussing yelling and all around disrespectful. Need better staff and management needs more support will not return

Horrible. Got the chicken BLT biggy bag. I was asking a question and there was no reply. I said hello, and the girl said I was waiting for your order. The fries were old , cold, burnt. The chicken was small, and the tomato was green translucent red. Mayonnaise all over the bun. No wonder stores are closing. I’ve no need to go back. There’s a 6. 99 Pizza special somewhere
