I have to say I have never experienced such a horrible service of food. From a Wendy’s ever in my life. Employee on there phone instead of taking orders. I waited 30 minutes for them to even answer the intercom. No answer so I pulled forward there was no one even ordering anything. So there should have been no wait. I received my food about an hour later cold fries and drink was trash .I warn everyone not to go to this Wendy’s! They are terrible. Also I never got a jr bacon cheese burger I received just a cheese burger

I went to Wendy’s tonight after we got done doing our outing. But it was slow and they forgot my fries. So I paid eleven something for just chicken strips and a drink. This was for my meal alone at least my kid got all her meal. Positive is that they are getting all new people/ associates and training them so mistakes will happen. So even though I am annoyed some I understand. And I am glad Wendy’s is trying to make a better environment for their guest that comes in so they don’t have to worry about associates going crazy while they are trying to enjoy their meal.

I want to say this Wendy’s was good but unfortunately I cannot. The closer I got to at the more it smelled of marijuana. It was originally locked when I went up to it but one of the employees was outside and told me he would let me in. And when I went in I ordered some food and went to the bathroom The bathrooms were messy and they didn’t get my order right I ordered a regular homestyle chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy. Which is not the worst thing in the world but it’s not what I wanted. I went in to try and complain and they said that I ordered a spicy even though I ordered through the kiosk and showed them the receipt saying that I ordered a home style they were adamant that I ordered a spicy. They also had cleaning products on the floor and it made me question how clean the place actually was.

Went in last week to eat , not a clean table to be found , floor was dirty , bathrooms not clean. Went back tonight through the drive thru , waited in line for our food for 15 – 20 minutes, got to the window and told us that they were out of chili. We left , we will never go there again. This Wendy’s has went down hill .

we ordered a mobile order for reference. when we pulled to the speaker we were the only car in the whole drive through. it took 5 minutes for anyone to even say anything on the speaker, and another 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the window while we watched at least 4 employees (all teenagers) leaning up against the counters on their phones, including the girl running the drive through window. it took about another 15 minutes for them to give us our food which i wouldn’t have even complained about except one of the burgers was wrong when they handed our food to us and instead of fixing it the girl at the window tried arguing with us about what we had ordered. she finally had the burger remade and we went home because we were hungry and just wanted to get home and eat at that point. when we got home and took all of the food out of all of the bags, everything was cold and stale like it had been sitting around for hours. considering we waited 15-20 minutes after ordering to even come get our food and waited another 15 minutes at the window, we assumed we were waiting on fresh food but that was not the case. i unwrapped the burger they remade and it was just a total mess. it was drowned in ketchup, including the bun and the whole inside of the wrapper itself. and it still wasn’t right because it wasn’t supposed to come with mustard on it but it did. i didn’t wanna drive all the way back out there to have it made a third time so i just tried wiping it off the best i could so i could eat it. this whole experience was just a nightmare and it wasn’t even worth all the trouble because the food was almost inedible once we got home. i’ve worked in fast food and i now work in a restaurant so i’m pretty understanding, i’ve never made a complaint before because i try to put myself in their situation and not give anyone a hard time because i know what it’s like for customers to yell and scream and cuss at you for something that’s not even your fault. but between the amount of time it took to even get through the drive through, the rudeness and awful attitudes of the employees and the cold and stale food i was just really upset about this whole experience honestly. i don’t know where their manager was but they were not supervising their staff at all. it was honestly just ridiculous and it makes us not want to come back.

Ordered a baconator and this is what I got. Very disappointed with the fries because they tasted like old oil, burger barely had any bacon on it. Not the first time I’ve been let down with this location.

Awful experience. Only 1 person working. Made me park and wait for almost 30 mins when there was no one else there. And half of my food was missing and what I had was cold. What a horribly place.

If I could I would give this place a zero stars. Have no clue how they are still open. My husband and I went inside a week or two ago and the bathrooms look like they never get cleaned then we used the kiosk and it took them a while before they realized that there was anyone in the store. How can you have 4-6 people at night and nothing get done. If anything they need to shut down

If I could rate my experience at this Wendy’s a zero I would. We ordered our food and didn’t receive it until 30 minutes later. The food we got was burnt. There were many employees just standing around doing nothing. The way the interacted with each other was not friendly or efficient. There were many other customers standing around also waiting on their orders. It was very unprofessional. I have never had an experience like this with any other Wendy’s.
