Stopped by for breakfast and got the honey chicken biscuit meal with potatoes. It was all good. Seen the French toast and went back to the counter for some. It wasn’t that good. Deep fried grease and over done just what I expect from fast food. Forced it down because I could have gotten another sandwich of some kind for the price of those nasty French toast sticks. Manager was friendly but I didn’t bother complaining about the French toast. I didn’t see them getting much better if they tried again. Just not what I consider to be French toast to begin with.

Great atmosphere! Waitress was super attentive and friendly. Her suggestions were excellent. T-Bone was scrumptious. I was not impressed with the Tuesday Tacos.. not authentic at all. Carrot cake is highly recommend. Most important.. the crab cake was the best I ever tasted. Delicious

The food is good but something needs to be done about the service and management. Standing inside at the counter for 15 minutes while everyone looks at you including the manager and no greeting at all let alone taking your order. The people behind me waited even longer. Manager is more concerned about hanging out with the employees than doing her job. I would like into new roles or better leadership training for the managers.

First time I had ate at this Wendy’s.The Lady was very nice and polite. But I got food poison from there. Only place I had eaten that day. The next 16 hours was not a happy site. The seats were really dirty, the table were not the cleanest. I will NEVER go back there!

I am a Wendys lover and its always my first choice for fast food but I’ll never be back to this one. The food took forever to come out and then after the long wait my friend and I both got food poisoning. Neither one of us had eaten since the day before so it was 100% from this Wendys.

I stopped in to get chili family size which I really appreciate and making the joy I wish they put more meat in it got my grandson then nuggets french fries and a Hi-C the nuggets is not near as good as McDonald’s he told me and he’s only 5 years old I got a double cheeseburger fries and a diet Coke and I’ll have to say McDonald’s has a better cheeseburger but overall the service was great I was in and out in the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes it is kind of hard to get in and out of the location on memorial drive because of the traffic but overall I’m glad there’s one on the east end of Lancaster Ohio because that’s where I live I just stopped at Wendy’s on memorial drive in Lancaster because he wanted something to eat and he wanted an ice cream cone and it’s on the east side of Lancaster so he got done eating so we can stop and get him an ice cream cone at dairy Queen
