I used to drive far to come to this Wendy’s location because the food was always good & fresh. The service used to be top tier. The last couple times that I have visited this location.I have been disappointed. I thought it was just one time they didn’t get it right. But I went tonight, and I simply asked for a junior bacon cheeseburger with mayo only. The sandwich did not have any mayo on it and it looks like they took one piece of bacon and broke it in half. When you see these sandwiches on TV, they look delicious with the bacon sticking out of the bread. This sandwich was far from that. I advise anybody who goes to the Reynoldsburg location on east main street to check your food before pulling off. They have permanently lost my business. People work hard for their money and they expect to get what they pay for. As you see in the picture, the bacon doesn’t even cover the sandwich. I didn’t even eat it, I just threw it away. The white man with curly hair that took my order was very rude. I’m starting to think that they are under new management!

Every Evening between 7pm and 9pm constantly out of Bake Potatoes, and tonight went thru an the Wana be Mgr spoke to me like a dog, when I asked why have they been out every night, said this is the first time, I said no i have been thru every night this week and they have been out, this kid refused to give me General Mgr. Number, said he ran everything, this location is Franchised, and the whole time the young girls standing at the window were all laughing, he was trying to play the big man. Have never in all my life been so discusseded at how there customer service is. I am definitely reporting this to Corporate as they still have to follow franchise guidelines.

Wendy’s now shreds their lettuce It totally changes the taste of the sandwich. I don’t like how they make you pull off to the side while they get your food together to make their window times look faster. The chili needs more substance it’s too watery. I also don’t like that they make your food as soon as they get your mobile order. It’s fast food just make it when I get to the establishment like McDonalds.

Stopped in for breakfast today. Asked if we could have coffee refills when placing our order. Answer was yes.
Got our order and asked for mayonnaise, but we were told mayo was not available till lunch. Really!
Went back for our coffee refills, but they just dumped the coffee out and would not have coffee available all day.
Coffee is only available at breakfast. This was at 10:30am and lunch begins at 11am.
So, no coffee for lunch and no mayonnaise for breakfast.
It gets better, called corporate and they didn’t seem to really care. They asked for my wife’s email and that was the end of the conversation.
Found the GMs name, but no way to contact him.

Fresh and delicious breakfast! Everyone was friendly enough and they provided appropriate cutlery and napkins.
Wendy’s has some reasonable breakfast prices and offers. They were also providing free coffee.
I recommend using the app as we were able to get a premium breakfast for $1 with any purchase. We also utilized the 2 for $3 sausage biscuit and small breakfast potatoes.
The biscuits and gravy were thick and full of large sausage pieces.

Ordered 2 dave singles, politely asked if they could be made meals at the window as I noticed the price was too low after I ordered. Was told they “can’t make changes at the window” rudely and that I’d have to pull back around (which would involve pulling back into the street at this location). I’m not sure why they couldn’t just change the burgers to meals cost wise and add fries and drinks since literally nobody was behind me but ♀️.

I normally go to this Wendy’s because it close to where I live and the food is good but gonna stop going just cause of the service last night on February 13th 2026 a little after 10pm est. went with my girl to order and went into the drive thru. Placed an order then paid like normal when it came time for the food we was missing one the very first order that was for our daughter. The employee taking the order missed it but she looked new cause I’ve never seen her before so I can understand mistakes are made. The supervisor or manager in charges comes to the window instead of trying to resolve the situation and provide customer service she comes with a nasty attitude. I said if the order was missed that’s fine just put in the order and I’ll pay for it and she proceeds to say she can’t correct the order and that I can’t place the order cause they are busy and have a line, I offer to go in and just place the order in person and was told that’s not an option and we get dismissed. At that point my girl and I get upset cause we are not gonna go home with no food for our daughter we legit had to go around and place another order just to get what should have been done on the first order. With management like that I’ll just go elsewhere I’m sure many are getting terrible service and will do the same. For any that want Wendy’s I’d suggest going to a different one

Young man ?Manager is without people skills.Rude and argumentative. I drove from downtown because this used to be the best Wendy’s. I used a coupon and the girl at the register asked me what it was.I told her she should read it.It was for $2.00 off for completing the online survey. SHE SHOWED it to the young man and he told her he would show her how to know if the coupon was legit. I said I would wait for fresh hot fries .When my order was ready it was wrong and my fries were not fresh up.I was told they were hot enough. WHAT A RUDE JERK!!!! I EXPLAINED I DIDN’T COME FOR AN ARGUMENT, Just Lunch!!!!.Never again, Glad my boyfriend wasn’t with me,but if he were the little rude fella would have probably done his job.
