As many have said, cash only! They do have an ATM in the restaurant. Small restaurant and seating can be a bit tight. Service was good. Chips and salsa really good! Asian wings were okay (wish they were tossed in the asian sauce), Belly burrito very good! Prices are fair.

Pancho and Lefty’s was really good. We had the brisket and Mac and cheese. I usually don’t order Mac & Cheese from restaurants because it’s so hit or miss. I’m glad I took the plunge because I was not disappointed. The brisket was tender and juicy. The bread pudding is also really good. The service was great and the food came out fast. I definitely recommend checking them out.

If you live in Monroe, you’re probably not looking at Google reviews to see if this place is good because we all already know. For the folks visiting from out of town, definitely stop by and buckle up for an absolutely excellent experience. Just to put it in perspective, I ordered a ribeye steak… promptly dropped my steak knife on the floor, and finished the rest of it with my butter knife with no issues. I have tried multiple menu items and have never been disappointed. Absolutely fantastic… also they will sell you a 40 oz PBR in a paper bag… just order a hobo style PBR. If you come to Monroe and don’t stop by, you didn’t experience it all.

♂️Tex Mex isn’t for me, I prefer authentic Mexican. Prices were much too high, cash only which I don’t keep on me & cc doesn’t have a pin to pull cash out. Dishportion size were much smaller than most Mexican restaurants. ♂️
Limited seating with rain outside when we went, there was already 7 people waiting before they even opened! There’s plenty of other surrounding buildings gone out of business, consider a bigger place

There are three things you need to know about Pancho and Lefty’s Outlaw Grill before you go. #1 Cash only (the staff even has this printed on their shirts), they do have an ATM inside for convenience.
#2 Space is limited, they do have outdoor seating available but don’t count on it, this is the Midwest and weather is subject to change. You may have to wait.
#3 The food at Pancho and Lefty’s is amazing.
The atmosphere inside is fun and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the food is out of this world. We opened with fried pickles, which were crisp without being over-breaded, served with Sriracha sauce and a cucumber sauce. I had the Spicy Steak Burrito that had tender and juicy cuts of steak and just the right amount of heat. My wife had the saucy delight that was their Pulled Pork Sandwich. To top it off, we shared there Bread Pudding and that was a pure decadent chocolate out of body experience. If you’re in Monroe, eat here!

Worth the wait. The food was amazing! Very unique dishes. Margaritas were very good. It is cash only so bring some, they do also have an ATM but I’m sure the fees are high.
