This has got to be the greatest wendys in the world. The food is always fast and fresh, it has set the bar so high that other wendys taste mid unfortunately. The craziest part about this Wendy’s being the best, is that wendys HQ restaurant is right down the road.

Sat in the drive with no response from anyone after they were supposed to be open. If you are saying you open at 5am then take orders. Will not be coming here for breakfast again. Other peoples time shouldn’t be wasted by those who can perform simple service

This store is the modern contemporary dining room. While clean, Roomy and inviting…the staff acted as if we were a burden and treated us quite coldly. We had a large group and did Cary in food from a neighboring restaraunt but each of us also order food and vecerages there. There were no other guests in the room. I even tried to have a conversation with the manager reasuring him we would clean up after ourselves etc. Still very cold to tge point of being rude.

I had a really unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s today. An employee had just mopped the floor and instead of politely asking customers to wait or guiding people safely, he loudly yelled at me for walking where I was supposed to go. There was no clear signage or cones, and I wasn’t being reckless—I was just trying to get to the counter.
The tone was aggressive, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary, especially in front of other customers. I understand wanting to keep the floor clean, but there’s a professional and respectful way to handle that. Yelling at customers is not it.
This made the whole visit uncomfortable and made me not want to come back. Customer service should be about helping people, not snapping at them.

Be aware when you are eating here!! They don’t care at all. I had a piece of plastic in my chicken wrap that cut my mouth. I emailed the manager and they did not respond. So, be careful, specially with children eating from here, otherwise they could unintentionally ingest some plastic with their meal.

I enjoyed sitting at the tall picnic table with 3 seats on each side; a great opportunity to meet someone of the opposite sex!

Don’t eat at this place. The food is always cold. The bread is always dry. The food is always overcooked. How is that even possible? Over cooked and cold. I really tried but this is more than one occasion. Bread so hard you’d think it was toasted and it falls apart. Fries cold with too much cheese and hard bacon that you can’t bite through. I literally paid for this meal and threw it straight in the trash. Only the drink was good. Fire these people.

I went through the drive thru and they have the AI thing, which i absolutely hate stupidest thing ever, I order my food and pull away. I checked the bag and I was missing a jr bacon. I parked and went inside and I’m assuming spoke with a manger who made the sandwich at no charge. 5 star for the manger being awesome and 0 star for the AI at the drive thru
