Lacee at the drive thru window has a very poor attitude. Started at the order screen with attitude because she couldn’t hear me, got to the window and was greeted with a dirty look and no words. I was overly nice saying good morning.
After receiving our food my wife found an animal hair of some kind on her sandwich.
Manager gave us our money back and we returned our order.

Took forever. We walked in and it took us 27 from time in door til we got our food. 5 visible workers in building and drive thru was not slammed. The smell of weed was unreal and probably the reason for the only one hustling was the front counter person

This is the 3rd time in a row now that I’ve come to this location just to get a lemonade to-go and “the entire system is down”. The dining room is locked well before 10pm which is the posted time on the door and website. 3 weeks in a row that your system is down. Way too busy of a location for avoidable issues like this to be happening CONSTANTLY. So glad that I waited in a long line for 7-10 minutes for nothing but a short and rude attitude from your order taker. Nice!

Do not go to this Wendy’s, I ordered a Biggie Bag and and additional Double stack ($9). I received an under-filled small fry that had to have been taken from the bottom of the waste bin as they were soggy with oil & colder than room temp, nuggets were also dead, and my burgers were room temp. I’m not joking when I say the freshest thing out of my whole nearly $10 order was my Sprite. Also I’ll add that I ate this immediately, didn’t wait till I got home.

Too expensive for what it is. Sad I can eat cheaper at bob Evans or Golden corral. Their sandwiches are so tiny these days and not even as good as their $1 items used to be. I got the spicy chicken but I’ve gotten a few different things there too recently to use up gift cards.

Forgot to give me my sandwich so I had to drive back for it. Got the sandwich and went home, but the chicken was super tough and rubbery so we pulled some of the tough bits out. They physically feel very dry as if they sat in a heater for too long and dehydrated. Tomato looks gross too. I literally never have good experiences here.

This morning I ordered a chicken biscuit and it was raw. At the checkout window, the cashier told me the chicken would be another 3 minutes and asked if I would mind waiting. I told her I didn’t mind, and I pulled up to wait. They brought it out and told me it would be hot. I thanked them and drove to work. I started to eat my sandwich in the parking lot. I’ll be honest, I took a few bites before I realized that there was a raw spot in the middle. Immediately I felt so grossed out, raw chicken is nasty but also can make you really sick. I have contacted corporate and they offered a free small meal which seems like a cheap attempt to right this. But thanks to them I have now developed a fear of raw chicken and definitely do not plan to come back.

Me and my mom stop have lunch today on 79 in Heath. We eat inside . It was very cold inside we couldn’t enjoy eating there we both was frezze. That must have air conditioner on hight. It wasn’t that hot outside. It was 70 outside. And i ordered taco salad they didn’t put chil and chip with it. The one downtown Newark dose. I hasn’t happy the one in Heath.

This was a zero star experience, food was wrong, baked potato was brown, the sweet tea was so rancid it gagged my grandson and I, I said something to the kid at the counter and he shrugged his shoulders, the only drink in the machine was coke everything else was empty, once again nobody cared about that either, There’s a trashcan in the middle of the dining room. The absolute worst Wendy’s ever!
