I am not sure what happened at this location. The lady manager that used to be there had it ship shape. Went there today. No one in line. Took 15 minutes to get food. Bacon was not cooked, which seems to be an epidemic at a lot of Wendys. Fries were cold. The ladies restroom was filthy. There was poop on the bar in the handicap stall. Walls, floors, and sink were nasty dirty.

Unique out of the way Wendy’s. Service is always good and food as well. Never any issues. In my opinion, this is the best Wendy’s hands down. I don’t often get fast food but this is my go to place when I do. Plus I actually like to eat in because it’s not noisy and is always clean.

I really feel the need to update my review of this Wendy’s. I am so very happy you guys have finally decided to step it up. First few times we came was horrible. But you’re finally back on with the Wendy’s that I remember.Just keeps getting worse. I wish just once they would get something right on my order. I really want a reason to come back. 3 times I’ve ordered the asiago chicken combo. And 3 times I’ve come away with a single with no cheese. If I had wanted that I would have ordered it. Employees are confrontational if you sit at the window to check your order. I don’t want to have to fight to get what I ordered.

This is, hands down, the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too! The hamburger meat actually tasted like it was bad. The fries were old, cold and stale! How they have managed to screw it up so badly, is beyond me! I will never go to this location again! The management team needs to get off their butts and do better! Now I understand why its never that busy!

It’s really frustrating to leave this review, because we absolutely used to love Wendy’s more than any other place. After receiving our food last night, and the burgers were raw, I figured it was time to say something. 100% of the time we come here, we are missing food from our order, the food is undercooked, or it has been sitting out too long (soggy/cold). The only time we ever get fast food is when we’re tired, so we don’t exactly feel like going back out to have all of the mistakes replaced, so we stay quiet, and take the losses. I was sitting in a darker room when I was eating and didn’t realize I was eating a bloody burger until it was half gone and I noticed it tasted weird. I’ve been sick, so I chalked it up to that. My stomach has been upset since. We can deal with missing items. We absolutely cannot risk the health of our family. Please do better.

Food was very good and cooked to order; they had to brew the coffee so it was fresh but service was slow. It was 6pm – dinner time so they really needed a separate person to work the drive thru instead of having the counter guy do double duty.
