Should be drive through only, nobody said hello when I went into the dining room. There was a customer already waiting who said they had not helped her yet.

Finally a fry cook said someone would be with us shortly.
Meanwhile 6 employees were catering to the drive through customers.

No manager, terrible service. It is fast food.

Went through the drive thru. Got a son of baconator combo and a cobb salad. The cobbler salad was great. The baconator was dry and yuck. Fries were ok. When she handed me my food I said ty. She said yup..like not a single ty for vositong their wedys. Last time I will go the wendys nearest.to me.

Absolutely terrible experience. I went through the drive-thru to place an order for myself and my girlfriend, and the employee either wasn’t listening or didn’t care enough to get it right. I clearly ordered multiple items, yet somehow they only rang up one sandwich. No clarification, no repeating the order back, nothing.

On top of that, the customer service was awful. The attitude was rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. When you’re spending your money, the bare minimum expectation is that employees listen and treat customers with basic respect — neither of those happened here.

Mistakes happen, but bad customer service on top of it is unacceptable. This location seriously needs better training and accountability. Definitely not coming back anytime soon

Food is okay, sloppy sometimes. For example, fries all over the bag.

Restaurant is somewhat clean. Service is okay. You need to get up to the counter and ask for service. The staff don’t typically respond to you standing there.

Went through the Drive-thru last night. Fries were old and luke warm. I’ve come to expect that this is always a gamble at this location. However, what led me to leave a review, was that I was served a chicken sandwich, that was half-eaten and then wrapped in the tinfoil wrapper to appear to be whole.

I was driving, and happened to glance down at the sandwich an noticed that half of it was missing. Absolutely disgusting.

Unfortunately since the new manager took over A few months ago this place Has taking a drastic turn for the worst . She clearly does not want to work. There is exceptionally rude and has no respect for anybody’s time. I have been visiting this Wendy’s for years as a routine stop on my way to work. Today was the last straw after apparently what was a friend of hers pulled in and proceeded to talk to her through the drive-through window for almost 15 minutes while I sat waiting for my food that was already ordered! Needless to say I drove off without picking up my food and will not be stopping at this Wendy’s anytime in the near future. So it’s a shame that what was once a smooth ran establishment is being mismanaged into the ground.

I am appalled how Wendy’s wants their company to be represented by such horrible management. I went to drive through and my order was wrong. The line was too long so I went inside around 6pm and the manger pulled her eyes at me and said ” you didn’t order it ” when I did in fact ask at the drive-through speaker for the item. While waiting, the manger decided it was appropriate to yell at an employee when she could of been much nicer about it and dune that in private. Then the manger started talking bad about that empyee to other employees. Is this how Wendy’s wants to be representated ? She handed me the rest of my food and I asked kindly for her name and I was informed her name was Riviera. She even called me pet names like ” sweety, sweetheart, and honey,”and it was extremely rude. I didn’t like the pet names. I would of been okay with “ma’am.”

About 90% of the time the employees at this Wendy’s have a terrible attitude and poor customer service, to this point my 6 year old in the car at the drive thru ask “what is wrong with them, they seem mad?” It’s awful that a child can notice rudeness…

We ordered a Dave’s double and paid for that but received a Dave’s single. We also ordered a cookie and was told there wasn’t any cookies left (which is understandable it’s late at night) when asked if we will still be paying for something we won’t be receiving we were meant with blank stares and “I guess”.

Honestly feels like a sketch comedy on how bad can we be at our job

I would really like to be nice. I was a walk in. I passed an employee cleaning the tables. At the counter I waited a real two minutes. Fry station attendant ducked back an examined his phone. After I called for service, they yelled a couple of times to the manager. The manager came out and told the cleaner to serve the counter. They were not prepared to ring up my order and required the manager. All the while, I am watching through the service door some other employee narrate this scene on their phone. Being served at all took at least five minutes as the only customer. Like a scene from a Jackass movie.

This Wendy’s should just close the doors for 6 months & reorganize. The food service is always a risk as to getting what you actually order or if the food is burnt, old, missing pieces. I have waited in line for 30 mins at times due to lack of effort. I will be avoiding this location from now on.
