People don’t eat at Wendy’s in Russell Springs right now. They have bugs in their food and cold cold fries and they threatened us and I found fingernail in my food and bugs and they threatened us. Service sucks

Stopped by here after a movie with the kids. Everything would have been moderately fine for fast food, except it definitely wasn’t fast and the fries-just stood watching them sit there for 7 minutes after they were finally prepared-were tough and cold. But the big problem was when I ordered a Baconator. The picture suggested that I’d be overloaded with 6 strips of bacon. What I got was something I had to dissect to determine if it even had bacon. It had 4 very small pieces. I just took it back up and asked if it was the sandwich I ordered. She said yes. So I asked if it looked anything like the picture. She just tells me it’s the correct sandwich. I foolishly expected some little apology or something. But no, nothing. So I asked for my money back. No sorry, just processed the refund with no communication. Sad to operate like this.

When we went around the window to pick up our mobile order the kid was very rude to us, we didn’t receive our drink and when we told him he said “I didn’t ring you up for a drink” and when we showed him the receipt with a medium dr pepper on it he gave it to me and slammed the window shut without saying a word.
He had dark black hair, long in a pony tail and curly. He had patches of black hair on his face that I guess he calls a beard. Disgusting and rude.

Drive through service was horrible. We got a bag of hot fries and chicken nuggets and had to wait 10min for 3 sandwiches. The drive thru person left the window open, and we could hear him fussing out the other employees and scolding them for talking too much instead of cooking. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing while we waited. By the time our sandwiches were done, out bag of fries were cold and soggy.

Haven’t been to the Russell Springs Wendy’s in months and shouldn’t have risked it today. All sauces were forgotten and our burgers were raw in the middle, something I never would have expected since the patties are so thin.
