I’ve always loved the good tasting food here. I’ve seen a few times, rude employees at the drive thru. They seem to not greet, smile or thank. For the most part, the food is always tasty, but the employees have a big impact on whether or not to stop in. I’ve also seen they often forget items ordered. We’ve decided more lately to visit the Beaver Dam Wendy’s. The food is always better and employees friendlier than the Central City location.
Update: very recently I’ve noticed workers at drive thru are more polite, just the ones inside could use training in greeting or acknowledging the customer.

I went into this Wendy’s and getting breakfast and everything at no problems. I was mistaken about a offer that ended early. Then I was waited on by a young lady with fingernails. Look to be about three and a half. 4. In Long she was going around taking money and processing food doing orders out the drive-thru. I personally think that’s unhygienic to have fingernails that long with no gloves on. I thought when you got a job in front of the public like that you did not do things like that fingernails that long. I understand it’s a fashion statement but when you come to work, leave your fashion at home

They didn’t fill my drinks all the way, I asked for large fries and got smalls. And the small fry had, 6 fries in it. It’s that expensive and I paid for large fries to get barely any fries.

When I Went Back In To Get Fresh Items .. The Manager Tries To Replace My Food With The Same Batch Of Old Nuggets And Fries. And Give Me More Like That Fixed Anything. So After I Waited Another 10 Minutes I Got What I Ordered But Nothing Extra.
So You Give Away Old Food.. But Nothing To Make Up For The Mistake. ♀️
And The Fries Are Still Cold

We were on the road 3-4 hours and had another 1.5 hours to go traveling on the WK Parkway. Took a chance on Wendy’s after driving past 5-10 other options and I was blown away. Energetic, positive human being (not AI) greeted us and I started placing our order. My wife ordered a #1 and wanted to add bacon to it, the fantastic person explained I’d be better off ordering a #7 (I believe) because it would be cheaper that way. That is unheard of in today’s world. I was shocked. Not expecting much pf the food I was wrong again, the food looked like it was in an actual Wendy’s commercial and the fries were piping hot. What else more could you ask for? Wish I lived closer. Keep knocking the ball at of the park guys!!!

This was one of the best Wendy’s. I’ve been to it was clean. Service was good food was good, and it’s the only wendy’s, that i’ve been to.That gave you a cup for the frosty that had a hole on the top with the long blue spoon.

The lobby was dirty and tables were in need of cleaning. No one was taking care of the lobby. Several do the drink were not available. Food was okay, but it has been better. The poor girl taking the order never greeted us. Behind the counter was messy! It needed attention!
