I want to give a huge shoutout to Khooney at KFC! After more than 20 visits to this location, I can confidently say she is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, Khooney greets everyone with a warm smile and a genuinely welcoming attitude. She creates such a positive atmosphere that makes coming here a pleasure.
Her ability to multitask is nothing short of impressive. Whether she’s taking orders, helping the kitchen staff, or addressing customer needs, she handles everything with efficiency and a calm demeanor. On top of that, Khooney knows the menu like the back of her hand! She’s always ready to offer great suggestions or help customize orders, ensuring every customer leaves happy.
This level of dedication and helpfulness is rare, and it’s clear Khooney takes pride in what she does. She truly elevates the customer experience, and I can’t thank her enough for making every visit so enjoyable. KFC is lucky to have her!

I really like KFC and have never had a problem with any of their branches or the quality of the food before, but this one really disappointed me a lot. The quality of this chicken was awful, completely burnt and so overseasoned that it tastes like pure salt. I’m giving it two stars because the service from the guy who served us was actually pretty good and very kind, but it’s sad that they care so little about their customers that they’re capable of giving you a burnt chicken of such poor quality when it’s so easy to throw it away and give you one that’s worth it, and I speak from experience having worked in a fast food restaurant.

Tables were all dirty and the staff at the counter ignored myself and my wife for quite some time. Other staff walked by and didn’t make eye contact pretending nobody was there expecting to be waited on. Once helped there was a partial language barrier.

Waited 15-20 minutes in line, the intercom didn’t work and they had a paper sign on it saying to order with cashier. I ordered a #8, the cashier asks me if I wanted original or crispy, I tell her original and give her my credit card and she charges it. About 30 seconds later she tells me there is no original thighs and if I would like crispy instead. I didn’t want crispy but accepted it anyways as I was tired of waiting. They didn’t even offer a free item or anything for the inconvenience.

More often than not, they don’t have the type of chicken I order, no matter what time of the day I go there. Two days ago I went at about 1:00 pm to get a 12 piece meal with mixed Extra Crispy chicken & Grilled, & they were out of both, only having Original Recipe, which I find too greasy. They said it would take 20 minutes to cook the other kinds. I left in frustration. This is a common occurrence at this location.
