I ordered a Dave’s double with all the sauce but with a lettuce wrap ($8-9) and this is what I received. Barely enough lettuce to cover the meat and absolutely no sauce… that’s absolutely terrible. The Wendy’s on Scottsville road is much better and I would 100% travel the extra ten minutes to actually receive my order correctly especially for how much they charge.
Also, one of the 4pc chicken nuggets in our meal on included 3 nuggets.

Been coming to this Wendy’s for years. The staff has always been very nice. This recent visit has been no different. Food came out fast and was tasty. The short time spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich had a good kick to it.

I drive all over the country and I have eat at very many locations and in a lot of states, but this Wendys location have the Nicest people! Food was prepared fast, accurately and just right! Looks like the management does its job training their employees properly. Over all it was one of the best experiences of Wendy’s places.

I had a baconator and it was delicious hot fresh the only thing is in where the kitchen was behind the counter it looked like somebody had spilled the trash can there was french fries and trash all over the floor.

The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because we were missing the customizations from our online order. I had asked to add mustard, pickles, onion, and tomato to my Baconator and they never put any of it on there. As well, we had checked the box for some side of Ranch in the order and didn’t get any. Lastly, I ordered and paid for extra chili on my chili cheese fries and only received the normal. (disappointing)
So I guess the issue is more of a quality control problem and attention to detail on the orders. Staff need to be trained to look at the order in its entirety and not just make the cookie cutter product to get it out the door. We were the only one in the drive thru and there was plenty of time to get it right.
My wife did enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich and my mother-in-law enjoyed her Jr bacon cheeseburger. They have really good value meals, chili cheese fries, and love the vanilla frosty. This was the first time ordering Wendy’s online since we moved to KY last July. We enjoyed all the food, but were disappointed in the attention to detail to getting the orders right.
