My dad wanted their new Tendys so i ordered ahead. Sat behind a truck for five or 8 minutes then checked in at speaker. Gave my drinks and pulled me up behind that truck. they and 2 others left before i got my food. Sat around 15 minutes after check-in for 2 combos. Our food was fresh so that was nice. My sandwich was wrong. They were not busy. What is the point of ordering ahead if i still have to wait so long for food that isn’t even accurate?

Went to Wendy’s on Irving Cobb drive last night at 8pm and the lobby doors were locked and one of the team members came to the door and said they was closed and I needed to go through drive thru but I didn’t have a car. They didn’t have any signs saying that they were closed. I looked at the times of operation and the time said lobby closed at 10:00pm I don’t know what is going on with the store but until it is taken care of I will not be coming back to the store for a while now. The team member that approached me at the door was very rude and disrespectful and needs to be retrained on proper customer service.

Food not great. Apparently we got the dregs of the potato bag because our fries were all 1inch long and way overcooked. Same with our nuggets. Dark brown and hard. My husband said the men’s urinal was broken and the men’s toilet wouldn’t flush… Nice. The women’s bathroom had no toilet paper and had been mopped with a very greasy mop. I slid across the floor. Trash was stuffed full. Management isn’t checking anything.

The health department really needs to inspect this location. The fryer was down, the burgers were burnt and the staff have poor customer service skills.

We walked in lobby, lady comes out and says their lobby is closed.. theres no one to take our order, but she can walk out and tell us the lobbys closed. We tell her the tow truck wont fit in drive thru, she says well i cant help that! We are in a huge tow truck, too big to fit in drive thru, so we attempt drive thru because its been a long day on call, we have to stay as close to grass as we can as we are too tall for the drive thru! Corporate needs to get involved! This is unacceptable!
