Stopped here at 11pm after a very long day that included travel delays. Shawn at the drive-through was friendly and provided great service along with a wonderful Daffy Duck impersonation.
The Peppermint Frosty was good as well as the Pretzel Bacon pub sandwich (both the beef and the chicken).
The dining room was closed at the time so we just ate in our rental car. Thanks Kentucky! And hello from Montana.

Service was quick and the cashier was friendly and helpful. The Baconator double was very good, Jr bacon cheeseburger was pretty small burger but plenty of bacon for the burger. Fries were fresh and hot!

JUSTIN the MANAGER is a FINE GENTLEMEN. He was very PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL. If I could I would GIFT the WHOLE TEAM all 10’s or HIGHER if available. I had told Justin my family and me think this Wendy’s Richwood RD. is the BEST ONE in Northern Kentucky.

Fresh, fast, friendly, and fiery (hot). Can’t ask for more from fast food. Food came out fast and hot, veggies are fresh, and the staff is always VERY friendly (uncommon for fast food staff around here). This Wendy’s models the most you can ask for from fast food. Well done. (Oh, and in case you’re wondering why the fries look so empty…I couldn’t wait until I got home to snap the pic…they were too good )

Went to get some frostys for the kids. We come here frequently and spend a lot of money here. My experience today was very bad. Two of my frosty fusions didn’t have Oreo so I asked The man at the window if they could add them that I had already paid for them. He took them and slammed the window shut was very rude. Then when I said something about him slamming it he slammed it again!!! We frequent here very often and I don’t think I will go back. Will go to union. The man also had on a button up collard shirt so pretty sure he is a manager. Needs to be fired terrible customer service.
