I stopped by Raising Cane’s today and was really impressed with how fast the service was. The line moved quickly, the staff was friendly, and my order was accurate. Even though they were busy, everything came out hot and fresh. I definitely appreciate efficient service like that.

The food was okay. The chicken was hot. The fries weren’t fresh and some were cold. I remember the sauce being sweeter. I wasn’t a fan of the sauce and they didn’t have any other sauce options other than ketchup. I did enjoy the taste and flavor or the bread and the coleslaw wasn’t bad either neither sweet or over the top vingear. Overall I would give the restaurant 3.5 rating. I wouldn’t go back unless it was my only choice late at night.

Raising Cane’s has good food and the staff was friendly during my visit. The dining area could have been cleaner since I noticed crumbs on the floor and a few tables that had not been wiped. The music was a bit loud. Overall, it was a decent visit, but a little more attention to cleaning would make the experience much better.

Several weeks ago I placed an order through the app. I get there to pick my food up and they’re closed early to have some work done in the restaurant. Ok, not a problem. I’m an understanding fella. Now here’s the problem. I spent $20 but didn’t get any food. The manager tells me to contact customer service for a refund. Customer service tells me I have to get the refund at the restaurant. So now I have $20 just floating around out there. I don’t necessarily need a refund. I’d be happy if they’d just honor the order I made. That’d be perfectly fine. I just feel like I work entirely too hard to throw away $20 dollars like that. Do Better Lake Charles Raising Cane’s.

If I could give 0stars I would, cause how many times can you mess up orders. I’ve gotten delivery from here 4 times and each time it’s something new. Doesn’t matter if it’s supposed to be 6 fingers and only given 4, or no matter if it’s forgetting drinks. What is so hard to remember about that? All combos come with drinks so how does 2 combos=1 drink. Like do better. Especially when they have golden chick down the road with more quality and better service.

Good place for quick chicken fingers for a meal. However, they have gone done in sizes and sometimes look more like nuggets . Last time I went, new employee didn’t understand order so it took longer,, so maybe more training on the shorthand that comes up on tickets.
