Food is always good ! I much prefer the Wendy’s in the area compared to other options because it’s typically a calmer more pleasant environment and experience. Often times I find myself there is for a quick and easy dinner with my 14 month old. Each time I’m there the employees are friendly and quick. Especially Regina the manager! She is great and always as helpful as possible and remembers and makes conversation with my son. Regina really is awesome and makes sure we are taken care of. Thanks again!

Asked for a single BBQ for my fries. The Super Manager stepped in to protect profits by telling me “actually they are .53 cents”. What happened to just tossing the customer a single sauce packet? Hopefully they share profits with the manager for all her amazing approach to cost saving.

We were in the area and went for lunch on a Tuesday. We dined in, and the restaurant was clean and well maintained inside. The food was pretty fresh and tasty. We don’t live in the area, so it’s not our regular Wendy’s and we may not be back anytime soon, but our first experience there was good.

They added an absolutely awful AI ordering system that makes the drive thru ordering process atrocious. The employee working the drive thru was almost less helpful than the stupid AI system, still managing to get our very simple order complete. When we finally did get the correct food, it was cold and chewy like it had been sitting out for hours. Highly disappointing compared to Wendy’s used to be, especially for how expensive it is now. Don’t eat here.

Wow, this place has it figured out. It’s late Sunday night and I missed dinner. I set out expecting the usual late night drive thru experience. (You know what I mean) When I pulled up, I was greeted by a vibrant screen displaying an AI operated menu. No delay, no bad attitude. Just prompt service. I was greeted at the pay and takeout window by pleasant and engaging people and had my food in an instant. What sorcery is this!?

I received a daddy’s double and the meat was burnt! Bother of them. I also received a Kristy Chicken and no condiments were on it. I didn’t see it until I got home. Review will only except a 1 to post. I will not give it that. Fyi.

I’m not sure why I even have to give one star on this, my food was not even cooked. Fries and nuggets have a timer (almost impossible to undercook), but this food looked like it was dipped in the oil and put in the box. Fry box so soggy and French fries looking like wet noodles. Son went straight to the bathroom after eating the nuggets, even the dog got sick from the one he stole..

Used to like your burgers; what happened?! The quality has taken a major dive—burgers smelled & tasted greasy — they’re obviously of lesser quality in taste & appearance. Sure hope you get many complaints & bring back a quality burger. On a positive note, the order & toppings were right & fresh.
