Shout out to whoever made my food it was like 15 minutes till you guys closed 3/27 and hooked me up with my baconator fries, so used to getting ones that barely have any bacon and cheese at other locations late, which I understand as a food worker. Anyway shout out thank you!

Honestly. This is sad and pathetic. I worked 13 hrs and all i wanted was to enjoy a biggie bag and i asked for pickles and mayo on my burger and an extra sauce cup. Alas not one of these request were met and insteadbwas given attitude and crappy food

Show up for a mobile they say they don’t have. Go to other location sent back here bc they have it. Left it out cold and ice melted ran by grown adults I’ve seen middle school kids go and run a place better. Ruined my whole lunch and took my whole lunch break thanks.

The service has been hit or miss recently. Almost everytime I get fries anymore they seem old and bland. I tried to use the app to order and not only do they not offer the cod which Is my go to, the service at the store was rude when i tried to call in the order, and the customer service center was closed during advertised hours. I normally really like Wendy’s so hopefully this is a passing phase.

Used to be good until they started giving you half an order. As long as you check it every single time. Don’t expect a napkin or cream and sugar with a coffee. Didn’t get syrup with 2 orders of French toast sticks Sat. Embarrassingly bad coordination.

Guy at the drive thru window was nice, ordered the 4 for 4 jr cheese burger and the single got three jr bacon in total both fries were right but gave me the wrong sandwiches all around and no nuggets, third time this has happened night shift kinds sucks
