We ordered the new chicken tenders at the drive thru. They said it would be a 6 min wait. By the time we paid, it was down to 3 min. They said to pull around and they would bring it out in 3 min. We waited 10 and then an employee came out and asked what we were waiting on. We told her and she went back in. About 5 min later, another employee came out and asked. We requested a refund and guess what….. Had to go in to get it!

We placed a mobile order at 9:40 pm with drive thru pick up. The hours posted showed this location to be open until 12 am. We show up at 9:50 pm for pick up to discover they are closing for the night and that ‘we are lucky to get what we got’.
We never received our salad order, the coffee tasted burnt and last dregs served in a crushed, burnt, leaking cup and no requested sweetener. The spicy chicken nuggets tasted old, like they had been microwaved. The fries were by no means remotely fresh.
The chicken sandwich, baconator and frostys were average and edible.
So in general, for an exhausted group who drove through several states and storms to finally reach our destination only to have one person with no food, one choking down their meal, the others feeling super guilty their meal was edible – we were severely disappointed with this Wendys. We are out around $10 for food we never received.

We ordered online for dine in. The biggie bag meal deals are an excellent price. The food was hot and fresh. We even scored a free large fry on a Friday with a offer available on the app.

They got our order wrong like usual I’m not sure why it’s so difficult for Wendy’s to make a crispy chicken BLT but every time I order it I’m given a regular crispy chicken when I’m charged for a BLT and all of our food was cold it seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile.

Don’t waste your time. I’m new to the area and have tried this location 3x, only successfully got food the first time. 2 days in a row I waited for several minutes at the speaker and no one but the automated message spoke to me. These last two times I got so fed up that I just left before anyone spoke to me. Pulled around the building to see 2 employees with headsets taking a smoke-break, with a full line of cars in the drive-thru.

Burger was a little dry. Looked like it had been sitting; prepared before we got there. Fries are normally very good and hot but this time limp and room temp. Worst was a group of girls by the bathroom doing someone’s hair; curling iron and everything. Just very annoying and a little loud.
