Took the family to get ice cream. The young lady who helped, Emma, was absolutely amazing. That girl has a bright future. Her customer service is something that we trully miss in today’s society. She is definitely an asset to this team. She took her time and showed a high level of attention to detail. All of this with a smile on her face and a long line.

–old review–Not to happy ordered a nacho grande. I got barley any chilli on it. Usually really good. But latty they been slacking. Not sure if it’s lack of staff or what. Worst part is, I tried to call to see if they could fix it. Kept getting a voice mail that said they are not available. Think this is the last time I go to this twistee treat.

I called to see if they have sugar free ice cream. She said yes asn I responded I will be there after dinner. An hour later I showed up and the young lady said they were out of sugar free.

I love this place. Can’t get enough. My cat even loves the ice cream pup cups! Everyone working there is always so friendly. My only complaint is I wish there was a better tip jar visible for the kids or maybe the owner to update the system so the kids could get cc tips. That always helps morale. Even maybe some tip signs would help. Either way, I love Twistee Treat.

i’m a regular here and I was here today enjoying my ice cream outside when i heard screaming and cussing like i’ve never heard before coming from inside. I was so scared i almost called the police. The staff needs to get along before they scare customers away!

Every time I’m come to this twistee treat I get gyped. Usually there’s around an inch of ice cream missing and they’ll skimp on all the add ins except the waffle cone. I want to get what I paid for. The staff is friendly and fast, but I’m paying full price for a partial product.

Got the medium vanilla cone and it was delicious. Very tasty and soft. Eat it quickly because the sun is soooo hot, it melts.
