First time visiting here on 2/25/26 My husband and I went, he got the steak tacos and I got the birria tacos, we both got mocktails. Everything was delicious, we had no complaints. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and employees were friendly! Perfect combination. We will definitely be back.

This was and is the worst establishment in the fischer park area! The boss middle aged man of latin decent thick black mustache and heavy accent was so drunk and or high he could barely function his eyes red as the tomatoes they put on my sandwich that im allergic to and asked them not to put on. I called he argued with me and ended by saying do whatever and hanging up. I told him I wasn’t given a receipt and he was the one that handed me my bag and repeated my order I told him I had every bit of proof that I purchased food from the restaurant as well as called them after I’m a GM of a store myself I have never witnessed or been adhered to so much blatant disrespect this is an awful establishment playing in the Drive-Thru when I’m trying to order laughter and playing all the time when people are ordering food there’s a time and a place for everything I’m all for fun in the workplace but a job has to be done I personally boycott this Wendy’s I dread when I have to go here I dread when my daughter sees it out the window and says I want Wendy’s me and my wife plays bets on what will go wrong how will we be disrespected today how will our food not be alright what will they be out of what drink machine is broken the entire night time staff should be monitored greatly monitored and that manager the night manager the Hispanic man should be fired he should not be working there so disrespectful so drunk and just a discredit to your establishment I pray and owner or a regional manager sees this and corrects it I pray that

Food was incorrect, tried calling went straight to voicemail. I guess someone doesn’t know the difference between 4 and 6. I brought 6 but they only gave me 4 and it wasn’t worth it. Had the saucy nuggets before and they were good but this time, not so much.

This location must treat their employees horribly. Every time I go through now I get a stressed out person trying to help me. There systems are down frequently, orders are wrong, employees are often rude…. idk what’s going on but this location used to be my favorite one. Now I drive the extra couple of miles to Middletown to avoid any drama and issues.

I had a horrible experience here. I asked for a plain Jr Bacon Cheeseburger with no mayo, lettuce or tomatoes and I found some weird white substance on the burger that was completely different then mayo and it’s not any white substance I’ve seen before. I’m never coming here again.

From the time we put our order in at the drive thru and the time we were able to leave the parking lot with most of what we ordered was 32 minutes. The double my husband ordered had one patty he was unable to eat because it was burnt. Only got 2 nuggets in kids meal. Took 3 tries to get everything in our 4 for 4 bag and when we finally received our medium order of fries we got all of the crispy pieces at the bottom of the pile.
Went to door to speak with manager that would not give me her name and claimed she didn’t know owners of store other than they lived in TX or FL. She basically told me “you got everything you ordered so what’s the big deal…”
Wendy would be ashamed of having her name associated with this location. Such a shame

I went to the drive-thru and requested the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich, but it came with beef. While ordering, I specified that I did not want beef or pork, and after paying, I requested for confirmation once more. They stated no pork or beef. It is currently at 5:53 p.m.

My whole order was wrong and i tried to go back through the drive thru and get it remade and nobody answered the speaker plus the first time I came through the dude had his pants sagging so low it was disgusting…. I don’t want to see someone’s dirty underwear at a restaurant. No dress code? And his dreads were not in a hairnet which is a health violation because he’s around food with LONG HAIR I have a picture provided
