Ordered online only to get to the window and be asked to come inside. Once inside no one addressed me as I stood at the counter and a man was frantically trying to figure out what was going on. Finally he asked me was I waiting on something and I told him I was asked to come inside for a drive-thru online order as my order continued to sit on the counter. Finally they realize they already made my order and hand it to me. The fries were ice cold food, drink were watered down and the overall quality was not good. Definitely seems like there might be some new people there but it wasn’t even busy when I went which made it even more frustrating.

A half eaten chicken nugget in my wife’s nuggets. It was cold and the order was completely wrong. Never had a good experience there. And I waited 30 mins for my food.

Edited to add: The manager (John) at this store was on top of it. He called and left a message that he would replace my meal, I didn’t opt to do that. But I do order food from them for my mother who’s in assisted living. She tells me every time that the food is correct and delicious. So kudos to John for making sure this Wendy’s is on the ball. I will change my rating to 5 stars.
I got an apple pecan salad, and this is the chicken that was in my salad. It looked petrified, it was harder that the croutons. I tried to call the store but of course nobody answered. They had us pull to the side because they were waiting on the fries. When she brought the food out asked if we had the hamburger and my husband said yes, and a fry. She said, oh, let me check if the fries were in there. Too much money to serve anybody that crap. Done with Wendy’s!!

Didn’t eat in so atmosphere was contingent on drive through presence.
She was young and I could tell she was new at the job, but she did well and kept a great spirit in the midst of what could have been a very chaotic situation.
Great job by her, and kudos to whoever has been training her!!

Came here with my sister and Staff was super sweet and the food was hot and perfect down to the salt level on my fries. They even had some good music playing and clean tables :)) GIVE THEM ALL A RAISE #devoured

I eat here a couple of times a week. They get my order right most of the time. My wife likes her hamburgers with no muster or keptup. So I get all of the burgers with no mustard and keptup. Or all of them with mustard and keptup. You just never know.

I was very disappointed. I ordered the party nuggets off of the app, and for some reason, the staff had no idea how to prepare this. I was sent to wait in a hot and sunny parking space, and an employee came to the car twice to ask me what i ordered.
The party nuggets consist of about 50 nuggets, so I figured they’d have to cook them from fresh.
Unfortunately, it tasted like they made my other food first, then cooked the nugget after they figured it out. All the other food was cold and old. But the nuggets were fresh and good. A shame I had to wait 23 minutes to get the order. Not quite fast food.
