I normally don’t have an issue with this location but today was awful. I made an online order, pull up to the speaker and the recorded “will you be using your mobile app” comes on so I say yes. After a minute a woman comes on the speaker and says that their system is down and it will be about 10 minutes. So I proceed to pull around to the window to try and see if I can get a refund but noone came to the window. I sit there for a few minutes before I just went in to talk to someone, anyone. There was one lady at the register and that was it! Nobody in the back nobody at the drive-thru. I realize this woman doesn’t speak English as she points outside where I can see all the employees sitting at concrete patio tables. She went outside to get someone to help me. Finally a lady comes in and I tell her that I had a mobile order and could I get my food or? She says “oh, since you already paid we can make your food” that would have been nice to know at the speaker 15 minutes prior. I tell her im parked at the window and walk out. My daughter was driving and had pulled up to the door because she was told we had to go back through the drive thru. What?!?! So we drive around again to the window where now a truck is in front of us at the window. I see food being handed out the window then an employee comes to the first window and tells me I now have to come inside to get my food because they were preparing it for inside pickup. Like, what? By this time I just wanted my money back. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at Wendy’s

They don’t understand basic drink making. They put ice on top of cold foam and didn’t put mango in the pineapple mango lemonade. And I found hair in the fries. This is the second time they couldn’t make me a damn chocolate cold foam properly. Just go somewhere else.

The entire restaurant smells like an ongoing plumbing issue. You would never know from the drive thru how dirty and smelly this restaurant really is. The freestyle machine in the lobby is in deep need of it’s bi-annual cleaning. Its disgusting to think about getting drinks out of a dirty nozzle – just imagine whats inside the machine that we aren’t seeing! I would imagine their ice bins are as dirty as their restrooms, beverage area, and dining room. Stay away before you get sick or something for real.

Truthfully, I would avoid this Wendy’s altogether. We unfortunately got caught in some interstate traffic that was standstill so we made an effort to detour to try to avoid it. We stopped here because everybody was hungry and just needed a quick bite. We pulled up to the speaker and had a short wait- normal and fine.
The food was alright but the fries just weren’t fresh. The staff was not bad but you could tell things were chaotic- at least that’s the vibe I got.
What sealed the deal for me? A semi-long brown hair in my large pineapple mango lemonade. I ended up just dumping it out. No need to call or complain because upon looking at reviews, it told me everything I needed to know.
Me being a tired mom, I didn’t even notice it and had been sipping happily. My daughter did when she asked me for a drink so that’s wonderful.

okay, so I’m usually not the type to get on and review any place because I know places can have their good or bad days. but I’m 38 weeks pregnant, literally about to pop, so my patience is very thin these days. I pull up to the speaker and I see they’re outta the tenders, the automated speaker greets me and asks about ordering on the app, I say no, but say to give me one minute so I can decide on something else to get. no one says a word so I assume I’m good, after I decide what I want I start ordering like any one would. A minute passes and no one says anything, 4 more minutes go by and someone finally goes “can I take your order?”, so I restart my order, I ask for my meal and ask them to upsize to a large because I felt I could eat that right now, we get to the drink part and I go “can I have a cherry sprite?”, the woman just goes “were outta sprite.”, so I say, “okay then, can I have an orange cream soda then please?”, she SCOFFS and says “you mean a Fanta???”, so I go “no. a Dave’s orange cream soda.”, and then have to ask her to upsize the meal yet again because she was paying me no mind whatsoever. I expect her to give me my total and ask me to pull up to the window, all she says is “pull up for me”, so I do, I get to the window to pay and she immediately sticks her hand out the window with my drink and says absolutely nothing about the total, I just brush it off because I figure it’ll say it on my receipt and that I know I spent less than $20, I get my food and change, look in the bag and still no receipt. now, I understand if the receipt machine was broken and being fixed, I worked at a Wendy’s for 3 years and know how it is, but there’s should be signs or something posted or someone letting people know, and the woman in her 40’s with the glasses acting like she hates her job should NOT be in the window if she can’t provide good service. still don’t know how much I paid, smh. sincerely, a semi-pissed off pregnant woman .

Every night that I’ve tried to go there for the last 6 months, the card reader has been down and they can only take cash. That doesn’t seem suspicious to anyone? And the drive thru usually takes around 10 minutes for someone to even answer you. Most people just pull away. I would avoid this location.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I don’t have time to go back to the Wendy’s to fix this issue. They had me pull up because they said their crispy chicken weren’t done. I ordered two crispy chicken, BLTs, and a fry.. I waited for about five minutes and when the lady brought it out to me, she said the chicken in the fries were hot but the fries. Yes they were hot no salt for some reason and the chicken was definitely not hot. It was not even cooked. I’ve been into it and even a half of the sandwich and then it was still ice cold it wasn’t cooked in the middle completely raw.

I ordered a $5 biggie bag with the double stack, instead I received a jr. bacon cheeseburger with the what seems to be the entire head of lettuce, They also put in a very unripe core of a tomato. Looked so gross I could even eat it, fries were completely over salted and the customer service lacks severely as everyone at the windows seems to act like they hate their job. It’s a shame because I really enjoy Wendy’s, but after this I will not be back..

I walked to the Wendy’s from the west parking lot. I got to the door at 7:54pm. The door on the drive-thru side was locked. I walked around to the main door on the parking side and that door was locked. As I was headed back around to my vehicle in the west parking lot a Wendy’s employee was headed in and I asked him if they were closed and he said the lobby is but the drive thru is open. I informed him my 18 wheeler does fit thru the drive-thru very well. He then walked inside not even offering to let me order some food. As I sit out here in the parking lot I see him go out to his car several times. Also outside is another female employee and inside is another guy. So why is the lobby closed early on a Saturday night?
