Let me tell y’all something. Since Wendy’s switched ownership the folks working out there are top notch!! The food has always been great! If they mess something up they fix it with no issue! Honestly the whole team for day and night shift have been wonderful. If you treat them kind they go above and beyond what’s actually called for with fast food. We eat out often and they really are one of the best places in town right now to get fast food. The whole team is wonderful and helpful. If they’re busy please be kind because if you are I promise they’ll take care of you!!

Im not sure who owns this Wendy’s but it is overrun by incompetence and laziness. Went through the drive thru, paid cash, then they handed someone else’s debt card to me. After I gave it back saying it wasn’t mine they just shrugged like it was nothing. After getting our food, had to take the fries back because they weren’t just cold they were hard as a rock, like fries you find while vacuuming your car out hard. If the owners dont do something then I hope wendys as a corporation takes notice. I hate to even leave 1 star but it won’t let me leave a comment without it so thats the only reason its getting any.

This Wendy’s night crew likes to serve their customers raw chicken. After being told it was being made fresh, and had to wait a decent amount of time. Drove the 20 mins home, eat half my sandwich to realize im eating raw chicken!!! Tried to call the store to talk to a manager and nobody answered after calling 5 times an hour before they closed. I better not get sick Wendy’s….

Colina page was the manager workin tonight, my pregnant fiancé wanted there chicken sandwich. she took a couple bites and noticed it tasted wrong. Notice it was RAW took it back up there the manager mentioned above was supper rude!!! Stated they were closed and hid in the back she could of been a little nicer and just said come back tomorrow and apologized

I’m in a hurry so I use the mobile app. Big mistake! They couldn’t find my order, so I reordered at the window. They screwed that up. Wrong drink, food was wrong and a bunch of “kids” standing around pretending to work there. The best about my experience there was the young lady in the first windows. Thank you for your help.

10 piece spicy nuggets and a medium drink. “Would you like fries and make it a combo meal?” “No thank you” I replied, as Wendy’s fries are saltless and trash at best. What did I receive? 6 regular nuggets and a medium fry with my drink. Guess my mind was made up for me about this terrible, tasteless, combo meal.

Lobby closed at 5pm?? Walked up here for some food and there’s 3 vehicles parked in the employee side called the store 3 times no response until the 4th call someone answered to reply that they were short staffed there is 6 people in total running the store. Haven’t been up to wendys in almost 2 years and the first time I come this happens? The staff working needs to work on their customer service, speed of service..this is overall disappointing.

Drove 25 minutes to get their buy one get one free. Price was about $2 higher than ad. Inside service not available nor is lobby open. Told me couldn’t order unless used app.. Tried for 20 minutes to use app., wouldn’t work. Went to competitor that happily took my order.
