They have the best meat as far as taco Trucks & Mexican restaurants in the south end area by far— not even close. It’s slow Roasted right out front. Always really fast and friendly.

Best Mexican food truck in this side of town! Everything is super fresh. My burrito was giant. I got a carnitas burrito with no cheese, no sour cream. Add lettuce and Pico. It was perfection. The carnitas are cooked perfect, not dry at all. She also makes all of her salsa fresh with fresh peppers and citrus. She was making them while I was eating. If you like spicy, she had an incredible habanero salsa that’s super flavorful but it is spicy. My top lips is still burning a bit but I really enjoy spicy peppers. I got a Pollo Burrito, it was very small for $14. It tasted fine, not as much veggies, bean or rice as I’m used to but still pretty good. Only problem is I was still hungry after. I usually go to El Camion, the burrito there is twice as big for $12.50 and I would say tastes a bit better too plus the salsa selection is unbeatable. I’ll try the tacos next time

One of the Best Taco trucks in South Seattle! They are so Friendly and Fast, and everything on their Menu is Fantastic. The Fresh Tortillas and Veggies paired with cilantro, cheese and grilled protein are a perfect match!
