We were traveling and by lunch time all I could think about was Wendy’s has a great chicken sandwich. Stopping there was the best idea. The one we at at in our home town is terrible service, rude people and cold food and that is when the food is not even the right order.

The food is good. The late night window crew is also good. For some reason though, they never have potato’s 1-2 before closing… also I feel as if the entire menu should be served until the actual closing time. Everyone doesn’t eat everything, that’s why there is a variety, and also that is why there is a closing time put in place. Food is always fresh though.

I eat Wendy’s quite a bit but this was disgusting. Took forever to get my food and it was cold and tastes horrible. Got a sweet tea as usual anf this thing is cloudy and just doesn’t look right so not trying that. And to top it off. The employees were horse playing in the drive thru window and also playing with each other hair as I waited

I went through the drive-thru. And I know this sounds crazy but the first thing I said when I looked at my hamburger was how fresh and crisp and green the lettuce was. Because normally it’s wilted and chopped up into little pieces. Everything was great, the service was fast, and I’m giving them a five-star review

I always go to Wendy’s because the service is fast, food is good, and you can feed a whole family with the 5 for 5. And when you live on a tight budget Wendy’s is the best place to go.

I don’t make reviews in fact this is my first and hopefully last, but how do I get over half my food already cold and not just cold but stale like it had been sitting out for hours? Then i’m waiting on a sandwich that was only supposed to take 5 minutes their words. Pull out front to wait for over half an hour tried to call twice no answer 3rd call I finally get an answer and I’m told they “forgot i was even still there”? Still? Y’all thought I just wasn’t going to get what I paid for? On top of all this I get home just to find that my order was WRONG! Id understand if they were busy or understaffed but it was more than clear neither was the case not only forgetting my food but also conveniently forgetting to answer the phone? Beyond ridiculous and more than infuriating

When I got there a local sports team was in there. I was travelling and hoping to get a “quick” lunch. I thought oh no, picked the wrong time to come. It was lunch time but didn’t expect 20 extra people in line. The staff handled it very well! They opened a separate register for the team and a food line! Well done. It was a quick lunch and my salad was wonderful! Great job to all the workers today! They stepped up and took care of business very professionally. I WILL stop here again when I’m coming through.
