Everything was warm and tasted like it had been sitting up under the heating lamp for a while. Zero stars! The frosty and lemonade was the only things on point. I spent $31 dollars for my family to eat and we couldn’t enjoy it and this was a mobile order. I thought we were valued customers. The lady at the window called me baby and boo and told me they were out of the chocolate frosty and said she fixed me a vanilla one, didn’t ask if I wanted the vanilla frosty or a refund as if I didn’t have a option. I addressed her as ma’am not baby or boo just a tad bit more courtesy and professionalism would have been appreciated. Do better Wendy’s, I could’ve spent that $31 at a different restaurant!

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down the staff is unprofessional, rude and lazy. The manager Nandy or Mandy had the worst customer service she did not want to fix are order instead told us we had to pay for bacon when we order a bacon double stack. The hostess Treasure has the worst attitude acts like she doesn’t want to be at work obviously can’t comprehend either we repeated our order 4 times to still get the wrong food. Spicy nuggets were half done with gooey stuff on it. Corporate really needs to step in at the point and change all staff they act like they run the restaurant and have poor presentation. None of the food comes at fresh as much as you request it wont get done.

Thought it would be nice to pick up something on my way home for supper. Ordered a chicken BLT and a Chicken Sandwich biggie bag. Both chicken patties were burnt dark brown and crunchy, the fries and the nuggets were sitting under the heat for a good while. The only item that was as presented was the vanilla Frostie. Drive thru lady was very nice, but the food should not have been sent out in such state. -Nay

We sat in line for 15 minutes not moving at a ripe time of 9:00. We called the store to ask why the line isn’t moving when no customers were inside, and they hung up on us. The drive through line is barricaded in by trees, so there is no way to get out. This was absolutely ridiculous considering the only business they have was in the drive through. We finally had to hop the curb to get out of line. Worst service EVAAAAA

Once we finally received our food, not the correct order…the staff were sloppy in their attempt to take care of the customers. There were several employees on break in the dining room, probably too many for the type of service provided. The supervisor was loudly correcting the employees and they acted as though they couldn’t be bothered.
No ice for drinks, the floor felt like it’d been mopped with oil so slippery I’m surprised someone didn’t fall and have a serious injury. The tables hadn’t been wiped down.
