Got take out spicy chicken sandwich. It has definitely gone down hill. Cold, bland, unspiced… fries cold. Thankfully it’s easy to get the drink cold. Chili was cold, nuggets were old and suffocated. I get it man, stuff happens, but dang, it’s almost every time. I don’t remember a time I got at least HOT food here.

Worst fast food experience of my 43 years on this earth!!! Everything was horrible!! Hamburger bun was hard, fries were not even warm, they were actually cold!, nuggets were cold and hard, even the coke had only a few ice cubes in it!!! Truly pathetic! I went there 7-18-23 @ about 7pm.

The drive thru night cashier had THE UGLIEST ATTITUDE! Super sarcastic like she was proud of hating her job. I didn’t make you sign up for this. The whole store needs a new and revamped staff. My order was completely wrong, as if my order was mixed with another customers.

This store is dirty. Especially by drive thru window. I wasn’t feeling well and all I wanted was a sour cream and chive baked potato. They told me I would have to wait because they were out of them. I think this is ridiculous. Once they start getting low shouldn’t they be baking more? So, I ordered a Jr. Cheeseburger and small fry. The fries were cold and undercooked and the Cheeseburger was cold and stale as well. You could tell the employee helping me either didn’t like her job or didn’t want to be there or both. This was around 2 in the afternoon… after the lunch rush, so I expected better service. The drive thru line was backed up and it took forever to get out of there. Unfortunately, there is no way to leave the line once you are in the drive thru. I doubt I will be going back.

Seems like one out of every two times I go, they tell me, “we can only take a card, is that ok?” Especially in the morning. I see so many people pull off and leave. At least twice a month, I get a drink that tastes like chemicals and either have to go back or just throw it away.

After a long wait my wife ordered a salad and took it home. After a few bites she bit down on something hard and it was an opened safety pin. She took the salad in the kitchen and dumped it in a plate where she found 4 more opened safety pins in the bottom of the container. Gulfport police wouldn’t investigate because no one was injured and after months of trying to get Wendy’s to assure us they had found out who did it and it was no longer a threat for someone else, they have said they have found no evidence the pins were placed there in the restaurant. The salads are put together in the restaurant and we didn’t put them there so how did they get there. If we were looking for money, which we don’t need, she could have stuck a pin in her lip. We will not eat at another Wendy’s.
