Wendy’s food is usually okay. But recently that place just does not care! it’s ridiculous how they treat and serve customers. I don’t know how it’s still open!!! I went tonight after work, and as usual it took about 30+ minutes, they are super slow and RUDE! My fries were cold, and my nugget had a BITE in it!!!! This is damn ridiculous, I work in food and I know for a fact it really doesn’t take that long to cook food, maybe 15 minutes at most, but 30 or more? for fast food? absolutely not! y’all have a few people in line, but it for any take that long. and I know it’s not cooked fresh, bc it’s cold and y’all got so hungry, y’all took a bite out of my nugget! DISGUSTING!!!!!! 0/10 would not recommend. Y’all need serious help.

Wendy’s used to be the best at food quality, accuracy and speed. Not any more! Last visit at this store I got a combo breakfast and the potatoes were so over cooked they turned to dust when I bit into them. Today, another breakfast combo. Not what I ordered. I ask and paid for the maple bacon croissant meal and I got a dried up chicken biscuit. I may never visit again. And this drive thru is beyond slow. No cars, still 5+ minutes in line of not longer.

Favorite fast food place hands down the apple harvest chicken salad is just addicting. And I can’t even think of any other drive through that still sells a baked potato. And then they go and Jazz up the Frosty. Let me tell you that baby didn’t need any Jazz enough but when you throw some caramel in you help me with a frosty…. Just, thank you.

Can’t go wrong when stopping at Wendy’s. The 2 BJC, fries, and a drink or frosty substitute is a very nice meal. I believe that meal tops my list at Wendy’s now. But any & all there food is a great choice when your hungry.

Last visit:
20 minute wait in the drive thru at 6:30 in the morning. I guess fryers didn’t get turned on early enough so it took that long to make potatoes. By the time I got it all, sandwich was cold, fries were hot, no one apologized. Just ‘here’..take it or leave it.
Sorry Wendy, I won’t be back, it’s just too risky. I can’t be late to work because of you.

This is the worst Wendys I’ve ever been to. Rude. Took 40 minutes in the drive-thru. Worst part is you’re stuck and can’t get out because of the design of it. Terrible.

It is 7/02/2023 and currently 1:35 pm (I’ve been in line since 1pm)…I don’t know who is taking orders or what is going on, but the line has been ridiculously slow today—and because of how Wendy’s has the driveway constructed, you CANNOT even leave; you are literally stuck in the line! I know the driveway is purposely built this way to deter customers from leaving without buying anything, but…it really just makes me not want to buy anything all the more and could actually be considered a fire hazard, since people can’t just drive away. Anyway, I’ll write more when I get my order….
So—after being put on hold *twice*—I got my order and I am disappointed; food was right, but I asked for extra condiments and they were out; plus, this “medium” I ordered, is most definitely smaller than they used to be…my family and I have visited Wendy’s in different states for years, so I would know—If this is their medium now, I can only imagine what a “small” is.
It is now 1:52pm and after nearly an hour long wait, eating a very dry salad, having a smaller frosty than what I thought I paid for, and spending nearly $20 for my order…I do not see myself coming back to this Wendy’s for a while or at all.
I dont know what was going on today during my visit, but between not even having the option to leave after waiting for such a long time and the lack of quality for what you pay for…it was a mess and I do not recommend it. Please do better—If for some reason I do visit again and see improvements from today, I will redo my rating.

I had the worst burger I’ve ever eaten from a Wendy’s. This location needs to step up. If I pay $8 for a Dave’s double cheeseburger, I want a good one for that price. It was sloppy and certainly not tasty; with one piece of cheese. Not only that, but when I stepped in the door, nobody in the lobby (which is always a bad sign) and I immediately felt the stares. Noone said the usual welcome to Wendy’s or hey, how are you? No, she just irritatingly said, “over here.” As though I was standing at the wrong register. I felt like I was being judged being the only white person there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
