It is 7/02/2023 and currently 1:35 pm (I’ve been in line since 1pm)…I don’t know who is taking orders or what is going on, but the line has been ridiculously slow today—and because of how Wendy’s has the driveway constructed, you CANNOT even leave; you are literally stuck in the line! I know the driveway is purposely built this way to deter customers from leaving without buying anything, but…it really just makes me not want to buy anything all the more and could actually be considered a fire hazard, since people can’t just drive away. Anyway, I’ll write more when I get my order….

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever tried to eat at bar none!! They cannot take any app orders, service was horrible, food was overcooked and it took forever. The employees stand around playing on their phones and pay no attention to the customers except to say a programmed “sorry for your wait” after taking forever to process the order. This is a terrible place to stop. Don’t waste your time or your money. So disappointed because Wendy’s is my favorite burger place for franchised burgers.

MY OFFICE HAD A FEW BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU ORDER, YOU GET WHAT THEY PUT IN THE BAG FOR YOU. WHEN YOU TRY TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE ALL YOU GET IS ATTITUDE. SO WE HAVE DECIDED NOT TO VISIT AGAIN. EITHER SOME NEW WORKERS OR A GOOD MANAGER IS NEEDED. IF THERE IS A CORPORATE OFFICE THEY NEED TO PAY A VISIT AND GET THIS STORE IN CHECK. 08/12/23 We have been waiting in line since 7:16pm it is now 8:02pm and we are still behind 3 cars.. almost every time we come through here its a good 20 min wait and thats ridiculous for fast food.. I also think yall need to do something about this drive through being closed off like it is because its dangerous and a nuisance at the same time.. if I wanna drive off I should be able to instead of being trapped in line.. like I said its also dangerous bc what would happen if there was someone having a medical emergency in this line?? Or they got a call and needed to leave to help someone?? Anyways until something is fixed me and my family won’t be back..

They are so slow waited over 35 mins for food and I have a food allergy and specified for no onions to be put on my food and what happened they put em on it. So I wasnt turning around to get it corrected after I left so it didnt get eaten by me gave it away. Maybe if they speed up making orders and maki my sure they do the orders correctly then they wouldnt get low stars from me.

The ghost pepper fries weren’t good like before. Just hot and really oily. The burgers barely had a patty big enough to cover half the bun. The chicken sandwiches were bland. Won’t be dining at Wendy’s again. Disappointed. The food use to be good there.

I had bought the 5 cookies bundle and I live outside of the city, when I get home ready to enjoy a cookie I realized it was hard as a rock and obviously stale. I called but got no answer and I went in to the store the next day after speaking with a manager on the phone and they said it was fine that my son had eaten a couple of them they would still refund the entire bundle for the sake of the hassle it took me to go back in. However when I got there they acted like it was a big deal that the two were missing and finally after hearing me discuss it with my friend over the phone they refunded it but I thought I was in the right. Its a 20 mile round trip and I think I should have been compensated for the gas.

I don’t like to cast a negative shadow on anyones bizzz , BUUUUTTT , I felt like i was tripping on acid in the twighlight ZONE. There was no structure, no control , they were walking around like zombies not giveing a HOOT about the line out the door, there was NO SENCE OF URGENCY, people hanging out in the back of the kitchen while 2 people out of 10 actually working. A few had a MEAN MUG ON, like he/she hated the world. I could feel the agitation & tentsion in the air. I’m from Around New Orleans black & white GET ALONG ! Since I’ve been in MS for the past 4 years, I’ve seen more racism than I knew existed. It felt unsettling.
