I don’t come to Applebee’s that often but when I do, I always have a good experience. This was late night if you’re 9 Hour Dr. from Philadelphia heading to Georgia I stopped in Lexington, North Carolina for the night. Decided to grab a bite just off of 85 Applebee’s came just in time. I came in was greeted immediately and sat decided to just quickly order an impossible burger with fries on the side came out. Perfect was delicious and much needed. The server was excellent.

What a way to celebrate with my son and a few of the cross country runners at his college. The current promotion had the table full of salads, apps and most of had a delicious chicken and Alfredo. Our grouo sat in the huge corner booth and it was so comfy. Another table grabbed a nice group photo of us!

Tori is awesome! She is great at customer service. She was very nice and helpful and recommended the chicken mushrooms onions and bacon with waffle fries on the sizzling plate. It was amazing! That sauce is banging as well.
I left a review on the kiosk at my table, but I’m not sure it went through. I believe it timed out.

They got my order wrong I was supposed to have the chicken parmesan fettuccine but with grilled chicken instead of the fried chicken. I got my grilled chicken but they didn’t make it Parmesan style and they didn’t add my mushrooms.

Did an online order, when to pickup the order, got there 10 minutes early call the restaurant to let them i was there. They said when the order was done they would bring it out. After 30 minutes when by no food, I calling them back they said they were very busy and would bring it out when it was done. A girl was bring food to car next to me, I asked her to check on my order. She came back and said there was no record my order .I left with no food, a waste of my time .

The food was actually pretty decent this visit, but the fact that after we received our drinks, our waitress did not come back to the table for 15 minutes or longer to check on us. My daughter‘s drink was empty. My husband‘s drink was empty. There were times where I made eye contact with her and tried to get her to come over so she could refill the drinks after we got our meals because they needed to be refilled and it was like she was ignoring us. I am not a very particular person, but I would also like to have a drink whenever I’m trying to eat my food much like everybody else that I would assume what as well so if you want okay food and a really bad customer service this is your place

Our waitress was nice and very helpful. I highly enjoyed the food. My hubby couldn’t taste anything. I think he had something going on with his taste buds. ❤️ because it had a good bite to it! My major complaint I have is that the kitchen a/c unit was out. They had the kitched doors propped open so they wouldn’t be so hot I totally understand that and wouldn’t want them to suffer in that kind of heat. But, it made the dining room very warm! oh, and our table had no lighting at all! But the food and saitress were amazing! Thank you so much!

Got great service on 10-31-25. Waitress was charming and gave us the rest of the candy they had. Saw some aggressive reviews that did not at all match my experience, and I went very close to closing time on a holiday– which is notoriously a rough ride for this whole industry.

Particularly this night!! Hair was in my food. I’m a usual customer. Especially when the wife wants something different than cooking at home!! This is one of my top 5 go to spots in Lexington!! Disappointed but I’m definitely going to give this establishment another chance to keep impressing and improving.
