The employees and manager at this restaurant are super friendly. The service wasn’t very fast but the food was great!
The restaurant is very nice inside and it’s not in a congested area. I love the atmosphere. And they have photos on wall thanking families for adopting children which is very unique.
I highly recommend visiting if traveling on Highway 25. I’m not sure why the address says hwy 15 because located off 25.

Wendy’s is struggling and the Wendy’s in Louisville, MS is no exception. Personnel are not trained to process company coupons or app rewards. On “free fry Friday” I ordered a simple burger and large fry, presented my phone with the reward barcode to be scanned by the cashier…She was absolutely clueless! It took four other people and about 8 minutes for these beautiful people to process my simple purchase…bless their hearts! I am a Wendy’s fan and hate to see another 300 stores close next year. But I understand, based on my recent experience, why perhaps these closings are happening.

Usually this Wendy’s has exemplary service and food, but the night shift has changed my perspective. Upon arriving at the window to pick up our food, we were treated very coldly. My mother tried to speak with the curly haired male working there and was ignored twice, even being met with an eye roll. Our double stacks had cold top buns, were thrown together very sloppily and we were short one straw. In short, very dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and the lackluster quality of the food this visit. My next visit will be far out, hopefully when things have straightened up.

Drove through sunday night and ordered. Mushroom bacon burger is possibly the worst thing I have ever had. Really awful food. Fries were cold and lady was unable to run three cards before someone finally intervened and ran the first card that was given.

This place was pretty cool. What makes it cool? The staff. They were awesome. They were even out of Dr Pepper and offered to go to the store and get one. I declined but that is customer service. Food was hot and good. Store and bathrooms were clean. I can’t wait to go see them anytime I’m up that way.
