I was craving a lobster roll and this hit the spot. I got it to-go and the sandwhich was hot and buttery and so good. The waffle fries were hot and crispy too. I also got a cup of chowder and it was delicious as well. It’s not cheap, but worth it. It was $38 for lunch with tip.

Shrimp linguini was good. Clams were really salty, probably all the capers. Not much broth either. Will get the linguini and try something else next time.

Pretty cool food truck pod. Lots of options. The way the benches are set up in the bar area is very strange and uncomfortable.

Pan Roast itself was pretty good. My wife and I went and ordered a bunch of stuff to try. The employee taking our order rolled her eyes a couple times and mouthed, “wow,” so that was disappointing.

The lobster carbonara was okay. Didn’t really come out like a carbonara. The lobster roll was good, but the really good garlic-herb butter they used was doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Without that I think it would have been very average with not as much lobster as a normal lobster roll. Cousins food truck had a much better lobster roll.
The best thing was definitely the calamari. That was absolutely excellent.

Overall it was good, not great. Due to the drive and the service probably not a place we will come back and try again.

Update #3. Owner contacted me and made sure improvements would be made and helped remedy the situation. We really appreciate that and look forward to thing again. Will update review once we visit again.

**Updated

Sadly, we went our second time and things have changed for the worst. 2/19/2025.

-the shrimp alfredo was very small and disappointing, no actual sauce just butter and a bit of cheese. very very bland. about 5 shrimp. This would normally cost me about $3 to make, if that. Also smaller overall than other’s previous photos posted,.
1.5/5 stars

-the clam chowder was supposed to be a bowl but was smaller than my previous cup size.

-pan roast, at $28 for the combo there should have been more lobster pieces. there were two small quarter size amounts. If there was crab, i couldn’t find any. Not even the tiny bits that thicken.
I asked, like last time, to just have a few extra shrimp instead of clams. Was told couldn’t but then she claimed she would put extra crab in, to sub the clams. That did not happen. 5 small shrimp in the shrimp pan roast and the combo pan roast. flavors still great though for the soup base. 2/5 stars

All seafood overcooked and flavorless.

less bread/smaller pieces. two, and small.

We will likely not be returning, which is a bit heartbreaking. I loved this place and was excited to try new dishes.

I would have had the seafood remade/the alfredo changed for a different dish. But hard to do at a food cart.

Old review in Oct/Nov 2024:

So hard to find seafood pan roasts in the whole country. Fun food truck location too.

We got the combo seafood pan roast.
And the Clam chowder. With delicious bread.
Both 5/5 great!

I read it was spicy on one of the reviews and there is just a little heat but not enough to scare anyone away. I am rather spice sensitive myself. But a mild version would be nice for days you aren’t feeling too spicy.
We asked for extra shrimp instead of with clams. 7 good sized shrimp.
A good bit of lobster tail and a bit of claw meat. I think somewhere lurking around was crab- this isn’t going to be the lump type though.
Seafood was not overcooked thankfully! Easy to do with soup type dishes.
Tails were a bit annoying to deal with on the shrimp but they always look better that way, so I have read.
For the price, this is absolutely worth it.

You often get the same amount of lobster in a mac and cheese at other places at same price or more even.

Clam Chowder was not too heavy. Plenty of clams and a night delicate but creamy taste.

Also came with a great amount of the bread. Get this! Rice isn’t as fun.

This is a review coming from a seafood/food snob who has been to the Las Vegas Oyster Bar that this was inspired by. Which is so amazing. My husband doesn’t even like seafood but thinks about that place often.

This one is not as rich (could use more alcohol bases maybe). But a great alternative!

Improvements:
-Potentially pop the tails off the shrimp.
-Making it where you can add extra to some of the dishes like “extra shrimp” etc.
-Adjustable spice levels

Let’s keep these guys in business!
Thank you so much for making this a reality.

BOOYAH BABY!!!! This spot is IT! Can’t wait to come back and with more folks so we can FEAST! This round we rocked the fresh oysters (local Little Snookums from WA state) and the Salmon Fish n Chips. Oysters on the half shell were perfectly shucked – detached from the shell for an easy slurp down and we didn’t find any shell chunks. The mignonette was stellar. The Salmon Fish n Chips was faaaaaaantastic! Slippery smooth salmon perfectly cooked inside a light and fluffy tempura batter served with tarter sauce, cocktail sauce and lemon (hot sauce, ketchup and malt vinegar are available if you wanna grab some when you pick up your food). The chips were waffle fries which was a very happy surprise for us – crispy and delicious! We will be back! Thank you so much to the amazingly kind and professional folks kicking buns and making tasty dreams come true – we appreciate yall!

Final update: I finally went back and, through they weren’t going to honour my gift card, after showing them the owners email, they did… I got garlic bread with crab and the lobster roll.. the bread was PHENOMENAL, loaded with crab and delicious!…but the lobster roll was just good.. again, many pieces of chalky claw “finger”. But the crab bread.. I’m still smiling. Thank you to Ryan for getting me to go back.. so worth it!
Update: the owner has contacted me and offered a gift card to try again… I was impressed and appreciated it.. I’ll let you know… $30. Heavily over salted with some lobster claw tips (those are chalky, non meat pieces) and barely any lobster in the bowl. Terrible and so disappointing! Never again.

This is a great food truck experience! It is very upscale for a food truck.

I had the clam pan roast and my wife had the shrimp alfredo. Both were excellent and we will be eating them again. There are many other options on the menu that look fantastic. We are looking forward to eating here again.

I need to go back and try everything on the menu. We had oysters on the half shell that were so fresh–super important since we live in the PNW and have no reason to NOT have oysters be fresh every single time. So good! We also had the signature pan roast and the Lobster Carbonara. I cannot stop thinking about the carbonara, and it’s been at least 2 weeks since we were there last! We are already checking to see when schedules open up again so we can plan our next visit(s)!

So, I’m very critical about dining experiences, and the foods that I eat. I usually only post negative reviews, more or less to warn consumers. I rarely provide positive reviews, but I must share my experience here, it was outstanding. Now, more often than not when it comes to seafood restaurants, the tartar sauce is terrible, and the cocktail sauce generic. I was pleasantly surprised when the tartar sauce was light, unique, and full of flavor. It was probably one of the best tartar sauces I have ever tasted. And their cocktail sauce…mind you I make my own because not many people make a decent cocktail sauce. This is the only place that serves cocktail sauce that equals my own. While they had some specialty dishes that looked delicious, I decided to let my first experience be their 4 piece cod fish and chips. I was expecting tiny pieces of fish. I was delighted to see 4 large pieces of beer battered cod sitting on top of a bed of waffle fries. The cod came out piping hot. The fries were not hot, but they were warm and still tasty. All in all I highly recommend trying this place. Next time I think I will try the lobster bisque. Happy eating!

Ordered the shrimp pan roast and the lobster carbonara, the amount of lobster in the carbonara was actually a joke. I don’t even know if there was any in there, the small bits that potentially were lobster tasted like it was minced shrimp, and there was maybe 4 tiny dime sized pieces total. After reading multiple other reviews it seems like this happens a lot. Maybe the cooks were mad because I didn’t tip 20%? Idk but it was really disappointing because the dish was good, just no lobster…

The shrimp pan roast was good, solid flavor, but again only 4 pieces of shrimp, disappointing as well. Idk if I’d go back knowing how little protein is actually given. I shouldn’t have to pay an extra 20% to get a normal portion, especially after already paying $50..
