Wendy’s has been around a long time, we all know their food is usually good. However, if you’re going to name your burger “Baconator”, it should have more than a little half piece of bacon. I included a photo of the menu verses what I received.

I was not too happy with my 10 piece nugget that I picked up from Wendy’s in Northhills, Meridian, Mississippi. The nuggets were so greasy that I was not able to eat them. I got them and a frosty which Was supposed to be a medium, and when they handed it to me, I knew it knew it was a small….smh and it cost me eight dollars and something. That is totally ridiculous to pay that price and then get nothing but greasy nuggets that you can actually squeeze the grease out of.

Not the best. Breakfast is great, but anything after that is a hit or miss. Depending on the staff, you may have to return 3 or 4 times before they actually give you warm food. (Breakfast is still good, so I will give props to morning shift)

I used to eat at this location before the remodel. And it was pretty good. But I just came back from lunch there and I was really disappointed. I had the crispy chicken meal. They’ve downsized the chicken breast patty. And it’s so thin now. And the order of fries was overcooked. And about 60% of the fries in the little cup were short end pieces that were an inch or so long. Basically, a fry cup of scraps. The sweet tea was good. But that’s about it. I’m not sure I’ll be going back to that location. I’m on a fixed income and can only eat out once or twice monthly. And I’m truly disappointed at todays meal.

Whoever is working the night shift here needs to be trained again and better because this is absolutely disgusting, it was freezing cold and obviously old, this isn’t funny, if I hadn’t of checked I probably would’ve gotten sick. This is literally so disgusting to feed somebody.

Stopped by and ordered 8 various burgers and fries today, May 9, 2025. I live 4 miles from this location, when my family went to eat, all the food was as if it was taken out of refrigerator. I immediately returned to location and was given a negative attitude by the so called manager. After a few rounds of discussion, she supposedly gave us a new order. Once again upon arrival the bun and meat was even colder than the lettuce and tomato. I called this time before return only to get the so called manager once again and with an even nastier attitude than before. Obviously customer service and satisfaction is not on the menu at this location.

I ordered a double Dave combo without cheese and onions. The sandwich had both. I took one bite of that sandwich, The meat had a bad taste. Please be careful eating there. Too many young children work at the location that I went to in North Hills in Meridian,MS.

I had the best experience recently and wanted to share! With ordering for a family of 7, I will occasionally go inside a restaurant to order take out. I recently visited the lobby of this Wendy’s and it was so clean and neat. They even had fresh flowers as centerpieces on the tables. You can tell they take good care, even though the building isn’t recently renovated. The young girl who took my order looked at me in the eye, was efficient and kind, and provided great service. The manager could see I had a large order and offered a young male employee to help me carry everything out to my car. So kind! When we got home, everything in the order was correct. Provo! I just wanted to brag on this business since I don’t see this type of customer service at fast food restaurants in our area very often. Great job, Wendy’s!

Best Wendy’s we have been to. Great service, food. Everything was spotless… including the bathroom. Adding the flowers to the table really added to the atmosphere. The management should be proud.
