They were a little busy when we came through around 2 this afternoon, but still had great service. Drive thru staff were pleasant, service was fast even with several cars in line, and food was very hot and fresh.

The womens restroom has no running water at sink, mens was a total mess, tables were extremely sticky all over and chairs. Took a good few minutes before we were even acknowledged then a little longer before our order was taken. Best advice is to avoid this location.

I pulled up at 10:33am this morning so I knew they had just opened. I waited about 7 mins maybe for this wondeful burger. I have always loved Wendys over any other fast food place. But today I received the BEST BURGER Ive had in forever. Thanks for the smiles and greetings from the employees. And for a hot juicy stacked burger!!!

I asked for a number ONE, double, no ketchup or tomato. My fiancé ordered one of each type of their baked potatoes. I was charged for and ended up with a number TWO, with a big side of attitude from a cashier who was in too big of a hurry to do anything right. There was no one else in the lobby and the drive-thru wasn’t busy either. Highly disappointed.

Rude! I had a young man taking my drive thru order, which was fine. I asked him about the cost of an item, because the price was blank on the menu, and a woman rudely chimes in to say “we don’t know the price”. After an awkward silence, the young man was able to provide me with the price and finish out my order. I sure hope she wasn’t a manager.

It’s okay. The poor girl at the counter was working herself to death. There were at least 4 or 5 more people in the back, and from what I could see, one was cooking, one was dealing with the drive through, and the others . . . ? I dunno.
The food was tolerable, although my wife did not finish her chicken wrap. My burger came with cheese, even though I didn’t ask for it. I won’t be back if I can possible help it.

I went here today after there recent remodel of this location in Richland, Mississippi. It is so much nicer! Gone are the old worn down seats that looked like they were from the 1980’s and gone are the overcrowding of tables and chairs. Everything is so much more simpler and streamlined! I highly recommend everyone go here and check it out!

I’m sure this establishment is never deep cleaned by all the dust on the monitor in the drive thru. Disgusting. I’ve worked fast food before “if you got time to lean you got time to clean” … I could only imagine what the condition of everything else is in there, ice cream machine, drink nozzles YUCK.
