Madison took our order and was very friendly and polite in the drive thru. She needs a raise!She was at the first window. However, at the receiving window, I’m guessing the employees can’t talk. They didn’t bother to greet us at all.The food was very hot! I haven’t had fries that hot coming out of a window in a long time! Very pleased with the burger, fries, and drink.This would have been a five star review if not for the second window employees.

Poor service after 8 pm. Won’t answer the phone. Missing all of our food only got ice no food at all. Trying to call back 10 times atleast, no one will answer. No one will come to the door. I’ve already paid. Very sad. I expect more from Wendy’s. My grandmother on her death bed and for the first time will eat a burger. Had to drive back up here to get the food and now no answer anywhere. Really!! This isn’t Wendy’s we all know anymore!! Poor customer service. Id go to sonic before coming back.
