I truly do not know how this location stays in business. It is convenient to our home so we would like to be able to grab the occasional meal there but it is just such a catastrophic failure of a business, we can’t.
It is normal to find this location closed in the middle of the day during the week with a sign stating “Closed – employees did not show up for work.” When they ARE open, there may only be 1-2 employees (like this evening). Pitiful!
And when they are open and have workers there…. The service is unprofessional, often rude and almost always slow. That’s a trifecta that isn’t really a bragging point.
Whoever owns this store needs to sell the store or give it away to a person who wants to hire a competent manager and devote some time to training employees to understand how to communicate with customers. I don’t expect them to become Chick Fil A, but at least smile, say hello and maybe even show up for work consistently.

Atmosphere inside was quiet, I was the only one in there and the drive-through was backed up. Why did she take the drive-through first before she even turned around to take my order? The service here and two notch is TERRIBLE WITH A CAPITAL T ! Food isn’t that hot either.

Ordered the original chicken sandwich . I suppose they’re out of the correct buns, bc mine was on a sesame seed whopper bun. First problem is it’s twice the size of meat patty , but the biggest problem is, I CANT EAT SESAME SEEDS! They should have told me when I ordered that the bun was different! Where do I even start when I went to this Burger King they ONLY HAD FRIED PRODUCTS, so I settled for a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I received my food my fries were cooked but not fully cooked. spicy chicken sandwich which came on a whopper bun and the chicken was horrible you could definitely tell the grease needs to be changed.

This burger is absolutely terrible. It’s gone down hill so much it’s not even funny. Don’t even bother trying to go here for breakfast cause it’s always a problem. Either they don’t open on time as advertised or they send you away because they’re “only taking cash” what Burger King only takes cash? Are we serious? Might as well just close the whole restaurant down. Seems scammy.

Dont expect your food to be fast. Employees move very slow with no sense of urgency. Avoid if door dashing or you’ll waste a lot of time waiting, even if the store is empty.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only was the cashier rude, but the manager was as well. I was the only person standing in line for 10 minutes in front of both of them and never even got so much as a greeting. When I addressed either of them, they acted as though I was a bother. I’ll never visit this location again. After calling the customer service number and the experience website, I still never heard back from anyone. The store conditions were poor as well.
