Aaron that was working the first window was friendly and nice. Got to the second window and it was totally different. She handed me my 2 bags of food, I said thank you. No response. No big deal. I waited and waited for my 2 drinks to be handed to me. She was totally ignoring me! When she finally gave them to me, she had such a sullen look on her face. It hit me then that she was making me wait intentionally. If you’re not happy in your job, find something else. I don’t know how some people get jobs dealing with the public. Don’t know her name but she was so rude!

Workers are rude. Well give you won’t change back at window if you pay cash. Food is ok. Half the time they don’t have ice and don’t tell you until you already have your drink. Forest isn’t safe to eat

Clean and friendly service. The cute & very pregnant server behind the counter was friendly and fast with the order. Then she went out and cleaned the dining room. After traveling across the past 2 days and eating at dirty or poorly staffed fast food joints, this was a welcome change. We were impressed. Thanks!

Great service Ms.Reba and Ms. Mimi are always very friendly and do a great job. The price for food here is the cheapest I’ve found their $4 and $5 meals have kept us from going hungry. Also our kid loves their kids meals which despite the hike of price and drop of quality in other places are still great here I’m happy to say.
Update: went through drive through picked up 4 for $4 for lunch and was giving the baby a french fry, while I tried to eat. Started to take my first bite of burger when a long curly black hair that was tuck between the bun and patty touched my mouth! Was so disgusted, threw the whole thing in the trash! What in the world Forest Wendy’s?

First had to wait 15 minutes just to take my order. Then when I asked if I could get my order, the lady behind the counter snapped on me for asking to order. Finally got our food after waiting 45 minutes for food. The cashier threw our food on the counter and told us there is your food. I love Wendy’s but I will not be back to this one! Do better! Food was cold also!

I was visiting Forest Mississippi. Decided to eat at Wendy’s restaurant just off the interstate about a mile down the road. I didn’t go inside. I sent somebody else in but the food was pretty good especially the cheese burger. I usually take one or two bites & throw the rest of the burger away, but that day. I ate the entire cheese burger. I enjoyed the soda too. Thank you Wendy’s & staff!

The food is good, it’s just that the workers are short staffed (or they aren’t working the way they shoulder) I’ve been sitting in this establishment for over 30 minutes for a singular burger. Not to mention the heat is absolutely unbearable. And my food was already prepared, they were fixing a ‘big order’ yet the moment the other customer’s name was called they grabbed the burger (already cooked) and put it in a bag. Terrible, Terrible service.

Skip this Wendy’s! Only takes cash!
A cashier we could barely hear speak took five minutes to get our order typed into the computer. She didn’t know what she was doing, which I’m patient with, but several other employees just stood there watching and not helping. We finally go to pay and she said they ONLY take cash. Their machine has been broken. Ughh!!! No sign was posted about this.
We went to use the marginally clean bathroom and there was NO SOAP or paper towels. HOW ARE THE EMPLOYEES WASHING THEIR HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM?
Needless to say, going down the road to find dinner.
