Years ago it used to be good and the food was always hot or atleast warm these days you don’t even know when they are open till you get to window or in the parking lot the stores hours apparently don’t mean that they have to operate within those hours

Ordered online and when reaching the second window, our food bags were shoved out the window. No verbal interaction at all. The wrong drinks were given from what was ordered on the app and I questioned the wrong drinks. They said they didn’t have to service what was offered on the nationwide app. In that case, they should not have given us what they wanted, but asked us first, as we steer away from sugared sodas. We also ordered the Frosty keychains and they didn’t put those in the bags and tried to initially act like they didn’t have them. The sad thing was how neither of the servers were friendly at all, truthfully were rude. I guess Wendy’s owners don’t care.

My experience in the past has been horrible!!! Today, 3/25/22 was the best I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t feel rushed when placing my order. And Zoe(y) was excellent with taking my order, my 13 yr old nephew said ‘now that’s GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE’. She was the truth!! As long as she’s taking my order I’ll always return. Keep up the great work Zoe(y)
