I arrived at the place at 7:13 and i stayed at the mic for about 30 minutes knowing they closed at 8:00 . I could hear them talking through the drive through but yet no one took my order knowing they closed at 8 . No one told me to hold on give them a minute or nothing . This location needs new management or new workers something has to change.

I took Wendy’s up on their recent promo. I stood in like to get the punch card for a free sandwich once a week for a year. I ordered in the drive thru and overheard one saying “ they could at least come in and order it” as if it affect them one way or the other in any kind of way. The wait is very often a super long wait. Bad attitudes are contagious in the workplace

Came here today in a pinch for a cold brew. They informed me they were out. They only have hot coffee. I said okay I will get a coffee then.. I got to the window and the person informed me they had no cream or sugar for the coffee???? It was worse than gas station coffee… I probably would of had more luck there anyways..

I will be hesitant or use caution patronizing any restaurant in this area because of this. DO NOT use your debit or credit card here or anywhere in Canton. I had over $900 charged from my account and used that card only at this Wendy’s drive-thru for a single drink on Feb 18. I haven’t used it anywhere else. From now on, cash only or a separate gift card for food. Freaking ridiculous! If my bank can’t get this situated within the next few days, I’m filing a police report.

I never really have issues at any Wendy’s. The food was good for it being fast food. The service was better than most other similar fast food places. I do not like the unreasonable time limits corporate or whoever decides that they only have X amount of time to make and hand out the order to the customer. If their bonuses or whatever management gets for getting the food out as fast as possible didn’t have so many unknown/unforeseen variables, it probably would be less stressful to the non managerial employees. Putting a time limit on service takes away from the quality of service you receive. That’s for the drive-thru and the front service counter. I know it’s fast food but anyone working for the public should be able to provide at least decent customer service skills. Putting a time restriction on that deters away from the quality! Quality over quantity any day!
The drive-thru cashier was polite! The outside of the restaurant was fairly clean. The food was good for what it is!

This location doesn’t have the customer service one looks for when visiting a restaurant. They tried but it seems they were more worried about food cost. If I ask for everything that’s what a I want. Not a fan of substitute at your discretion. Well I don’t think asking for a order to be made fresh was too much. Again I had to go back and it still was dry as the first one. So long story short be mindful of this location when placing your order to go.
