I received 3 orders of overcooked nuggets. I didn’t even realize they were so burnt until I got home. Absolutely ridiculous! On top of that, drink orders were incorrect. Dr pepper is definitely not Root Beer!

No wait, plenty of seating. Courteous staff, great food! Food was out in less than 5 minutes. Plenty of condiments etc. Plenty of parking. Friendly atmosphere. Affordable prices. The son of a baconator combo is my favorite, and the fries are awesome!

Stopped by Wendy’s store number 224, Grenada, MS. Was going to order lunch, but after attempting to wash my hands and finding NO WATER in restroom I left the store. I informed mgr water was off and his reply was, “It works when it wants to.” Amazing!!! There is no way this store can have an “A” health grade rating as posted.

We ended up throwing half the food away. The buns were extremely hard. The chicken nuggets were overcooked. The fries were okay. But nothing to write home about. Wendy’s is usually our go-to place. So this was a bit disappointing.

Drive through staff was friendly and joked with us. Got our special burger request with no problem. After we drove out, realized one of our burgers was missing. We drove back and they brought it out to us with no questions and no receipt.

Was very disappointed. The burger was dry and not juicy, ready for chili meat truthfully & the dining room was filthy especially the drink fountains were sticky and nasty & looked to have a thousand greasy finger prints on them. No one wiping things down at all

Horrible service. No thank you’s, cashier (Tashiaya)too busy talking with friends/family to take order. Ketchup machine out of ketchup. Mentioned to staff and they ignored me and handed small containers of ketchup without a word. Never refilled during my visit. Lots of small pieces of trash and food on floors around tables. Trash bins overflowing Won’t stop again.
