We were traveling for about 9 hrs at the time & wanted to stop & get some food. It was about 2:45 pm, our daughter went up to the door to go in because we were going to go inside to eat, to get out of the car. “When our daughter tried to open the door, it was locked”!!! She looked up the phone # for this Wendy’s to see why the door was locked in the middle of the afternoon when workers were clearly inside, behind the counter without any customers there! They rudely said that the door was not locked… then she saw a worker walk to the door & unlock it! That was just the 1st of the problems that we had at that Wendy’s! My husband & daughter went to the counter to place our order, while I went to sit down with our 4 yr. old granddaughter. They placed my order of a chicken sandwich with cheese & Xtra pickles ONLY. The woman at the counter brought out a regular made chicken sandwich with the normal stuff on it. My daughter told her that it was supposed to be with cheese & extra pickles ONLY. The woman behind the counter said, “Well, the sandwich has already been made.”My daughter told her that it was made wrong & the woman seemed mad that the sandwich had to be re-made. I am not sure if the older woman was the “manager or not, but if she was, she is setting a bad example for her employees & treating customers like they don’t really matter! We definitely “WON’T” be stopping at that Wendy’s when we take that trip again. We take that trip every 2 or 3 yrs. to visit family!

I was surprised to see only 2 cars in line. I was afraid at first and thought maybe they weren’t a good location. I went through the drive thru and ordered a salad. When I say they hook it up I mean they put a the blue cheese and chicken on it just the way I like it! It wa great! We were in and out of line quickly and the ladies at the window were friendly and smiling! That salad hit the spot for this weary traveler just passing through! Thank you Hornlake !

The worse service ever drive through cashier was on his phone while we waited to pull up. Do yourself a big favor and DO NOT EAT HERE. WORSE SERVICE AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE. Was traveling and stopped here. The cashier was so RUDE the drink machine was not working no ketchup. Had to ask cashier for both and she about died. Had a fit because we needed lots of ketchup.

Gave us one tiny piece of bacon on each chicken sandwich when the receipt clearly states (ADD bacon 2pc), mayo didn’t even hit the sandwich on one but on the wrapper only, that takes talent. Two tiny pieces of lettuce on the other sandwiches. The hamburgers look like a toddler made them with also, small amounts of bacon on the bacon classic. Really, is this difficult?! Clearly, keep your expectations really low if you stop in here for your next dining experience.

Food is terrible. I ordered ghost pepper chicken combo got a spoiled ghost pepper burger . Also I had to go back to get the rest of my 3 biggie bags because I was given the burgers only. And the apple pecan salad was disgusting, fries and burgers ice cold. So $40 spent on nasty food. Will never come back

I was hungry and they had short line in drive thru. Fast and cold!!! How does that happen and no line, one Jr double cheeseburger with ketchup only. Ice cold . Blow a cloud first to enjoy it.

Fries were cold and they forgot my drink. Even worse, the girl at the first window was texting on her phone the whole time. She made me nervous as to if she may have text my credit card number in her phone. I could be paranoid but texting after my card touched her hand made me think.
