We stop here whenever we’re traveling to West TN. Our food is always hot and fresh. This is one of the best Wendy’s I’ve stopped at. The jr bacon cheeseburgers are always made perfectly and look like something out of an advertisement!

Got there at 11pm , they close at midnight, and couldn’t order a shake they’re said they had already cleaned the machine for the night, corkscrew order the sandwich we wanted for some other reason they gave that sounded like they just didn’t want to do it, ended up only being able to get a single French fry order. Look if there’s 15 minutes until you close and you get a start on cleaning up i get it, but am hour before you close and you’re basically closed anyway because you can’t order anything? What’s the point of being open that extra hour?
I’ll just go to McDonald’s from now on, even if their shake machine is broken I can get any sandwich I choose. Very disappointed with this place.

Burgers we tiny and not correct. The tea was old and thin.. had that ruined taste unfortunately. Thr staff was nice & super busy.. probably shorthanded.

My family and I have been frequenting this location for over a year now! The staff are wonderful! They are fast and super friendly, and I don’t think we’ve ever had a single mistake on our orders! The restaurant itself is also always clean, and I always hear the staff laughing and smiling!

Ordered 2 large chocolate Frostycinos with light ice. They had ice sticking out over top of the drink. Each 32 ounces cup might have had 4 ounces of drink in them. Definitely not worth $2.79 each.

They are some of the kindest people I’ve met in fast food. My daughter got a toy she already had and asked to exchange it and they let her exchange it. An employee who was coming in as we were leaving told us to have a good day.
